Tom and his team completed an amazing tow and job request. First on short notice, and not a standard "victim" tow. I request my vehicle be collect from a non-domicial home and delivered more than 40 miles to a maintenance facility all contact less and with no abnormalities in delivery. I will always call and refer Tom and his team for any and all future needs of his service.
Tom was very good at communicating and had a great attitude. Would recommend using his services, answered all of our questions and kept us updated. Greatly appreciated.
I was going through one of the worst nights of my life until Certified towing & transporter came to the rescue within 20 min! He even offered to pick me up from where i was to get back to my car and all at an affordable price! I am highly impressed by his work and mostly grateful for running into them!

I was stranded on the side of the toll road for over 3 hours waiting for another tow truck that never came. I did a Google search for tow companies near my location and Certified Towing popped up at the top of the list. My nighttime call to them was answered immediately and about 25 minutes later my truck was safely secured on the back of a Certified Towing flatbed and on the way for repairs. As a retired deputy sheriff I can attest that my experience with Certified Towing was a very professional and friendly 5-star plus experience. Any one needing towing assistance should immediately call Certified Towing.

Where do I even begin?! Honestly, 5 stars isn't enough. A big shout-out to Tom and Sergio…you guys were my saviors today. I'm new to the Houston area, and my car broke down on the freeway while I was heading back downtown. Of course, I panicked with no one to call. I tried reaching out to other towing services, but the customer service was, to say the least, terrible.
Then I called Certified Towing, and even with the disruption in phone service, Tom remained professional and had a friendly, reassuring demeanor throughout. He sent Sergio, the driver, who went above and beyond. Seeing how panicked I was, Sergio managed to locate a nearby mechanic shop to help get my car fixed.
I wish I could share this review with the whole world. I’d never wish even my worst enemy to have their car break down on the freeway, but if it does happen, these are the guys to call. And before I forget, their rates are VERY reasonable.

Had to get my car towed over from my house to a Tesla center because I had a flat. Tom Le helped me out, and it was an amazing service. First, he let me know ahead of time he was coming, then gave me an update when he was almost here. Once he got here, he filled some air into the tire to not damage the rims, and got my car out of my garage, loaded onto his truck, then dropped it off at the service center. Extremely smooth experience and was professional all the way through! I wish all companies were like this. I highly recommend their services!

Excellent service! Driver was kind and very helpful. He shared his location with me as soon as he was dispatched, so I could track how far away he was and estimate arrival. Brought a lot of relief while stranded on the side of the highway knowing he was en route. He then helped me find a tire shop that was open and had my tire in stock on a Sunday. Highly recommend this company!

Awesome experience! Tom was super responsive and helpful. Only waited about 15 minutes for a tow. Flatbed ensured no damage to my truck. He even helped push it to the shade at drop off. Would not hesitate to call them again!
This is the best towing company I have ever used if you don't use them you are making a big mistake they treated my car with the up most respect being its almost 9 yrs old and 3000 miles only and worth a whole lot they didn't even put a finger print on the car god I could brag for hours they are awesome if you have something special call this company . And the price was right I will tell ever one about them I wish I could give them 1 million stars they deserve ever bit of it im a very happy customer way to go guys thank you so much
My work truck refused to start after a stop at the gas station on my way to a project this Saturday morning. Called a little before 7am, got a quick solid estimate over the phone, and got picked up within half a hour. Operator was perfectly professional, and very personable. Reasonably priced. I hate that I had to call for a tow, but I'm extremely thankful I found Certified!
Thanh was so helpful, i had a limited time window to get the race car towed to the shop, he was punctual, professional and very respectful of the car while loading it up I can’t thank Thanh enough for his great service.
Id recommend him to anyone who has an exotic or race car!
I was stuck out on 290 about 45 minutes from home. My car had overheated. It was HOT! They got to me within 20 minutes, let me sit int the air conditioned truck while they loaded, and took me to my favorite mechanic and then HOME!
