Jon was outstanding. I did something dumb with my 40 ft motor coach and Jon got me out at a serious bind with ZERO damage to the rig. He could have easily just grabbed the back of it and pulled but instead he surveyed the predicament, formed an action plan and made it happen safely with no damage. Can’t say thanks enough.

I have a Class A diesel pusher that was down due to engine troubles. I tried working with my RV insurance company, and even AAA to find someone who understood what it would take to tow a 37,000 pound motorhome, but was terribly frustrated and discouraged with the tow companies that they tried to assign (and they ultimately would cancel on me). Anyway, a quick google search on HD truck towing led me to find Jonathan. He answered on the first ring, said he understood what needed to be done in order to prep the RV for towing, and gave me a time that he would most likely be able to come. He provided updates as one would expect while I waited. He arrives with the appropriate tow vehicle, went right to work to prep the RV for towing (a pretty large task by itself), and was able to install confidence in his ability to do the job right immediately.
Professional, courteous, sensitive to my frustrations with his peers in the towing business, and was extremely careful when towing our RV.
For all that was going wrong with my RV, Jonathan was the one bright spot in this mess. Good work.
The quickness and high attention to customers is top with Redline. Jonathan tok my call and was very patient and understanding of the situation. Had a quick response to getting us back on the road.
As for priceing, they are as good as you can get. Very reasonable and easy to work with.

Awesome experience thank you for helping get our poor rig to a safe place. The parking area we thought was safe ended up showing us otherwise. All 8 tires from the back were stolen off our rig. Luckily my husband found this wonderful company and Jonathan. Since we were complicated it took a min before he was able to get to us but he constantly communicated with my sister and husband until he was able to save our rig before the thieves returned for other parts. Such a blessing since we were out of town. Thank you Redline Wrecker !!!
I had my semi buried in a ditch and Jonathan came out very fast and pulled me out quickly with zero damage to my truck , I had to take bumper off but that driver error on my part. I would highly recommend using him , very prompt , knows how to get your truck out with no damage and is a nice all around person.
Forgot their names but Dad & Son helped me towmy car to mechanic shop up the road. They even gave me a discount for having to wait until they were done dropping off another customers car. Also, I watched the Son load my car with care and even shot me a text of my car being delivered to destination. 10/10 would recommend! Thank y’all!

As a professional driver it’s imperative to have excellent service from other professional drivers. Johnathan was beyond exceptional! I called his number in the deep dream hours of the morning, and he was ready to assist with eagerness.
Having a breakdown is never fun but it was an exciting occasion when he showed. He helped me with towing my tractor and trailer and assisted with fitness. It was well noted he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was detailed not just in how he connected to my tractor but also in my concerns of where to park it. Not to mention another driver had issues and he conducted another tow shortly after at the same site.
He was blessing after a long day of chaos, although he didn’t move my tractor far he still showed up and performed.

It was a Sunday afternoon and I wasn't expecting quick service. It took a couple of hours for the wrecker to show up. He was honest about the delay due to another job and showed up when he promised to. I will take that any day over empty promises.
Had my semi break down on the highway. Jon was quick efficient and affordable. Also after he towed my truck to the shop he came back and helped me out by towing my trailer to another location for a very good price.

They were responsive, courteous and went the extra mile. My vehicle is a F-350 dually, and it was not an easy thing to get it loaded up. But, Chris went the extra mile and made it work without risking more damage to it. These are great folks to work with, and their pricing was more than reasonable and less than the other couple of quotes that I got. I highly recommend them.
