They guoted me 200 hundred dollars to tow a Dodge pickup from Briscoe to Thomas automotive in Pampa and when they got here too pick it up, I asked again how much and the man said what did I tell you ,200 dollars. I said yes you said 200 dollars. But when I picked up the truck at Thomas automotive Douglas Towing had charged me 250 dollars. Go figure the man said one thing twice and then charged me 50 dollars more than what he quoted me. But it was still cheaper than the other Towing company in pampa by 47 dollars. (BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT, CHARGE WHAT YOU QUOTED DOUGLAS TOWING!!!!!!).
Broke a transmission pan running over a piece of metal in the road. The only good thing that morning was Raymond showed up promptly to tow my car to the shop. Great service!
