Towed in because my starter went out on me. They put the starter new starter in and it got towed out with ECM problems. 20 codes in the system. Jesus tied to say the truck was already derated and that's why I stopped there in Pearsell. He tried to lie on me to deflect blame saying that the truck was already doing 5 miles and hour. I'm submitting part of my log from that day which will prove that my truck was running just fine before M & M tore my truck up. line 26 shows me leaving Laredo at 4:02pm and arriving in Pearsall at 5:05 on line 29. This means the truck was running at about 70 MPH before they towed me. I will repost the bill from the dealership so everyone can see just how much this company set me back.

Been getting inspections there for 3 years, nice friendly people. The shop area is always busy, but neat and clean.

I have had my car for years and never had a problem. I spent $800 when I was just going for a wheel alignment. I got my car back and it wasn't good, I took it back gave him three more days and still wasn't good. Still wants to charge me to fix what he did. His excuse is that he doesn't work on cars only on trucks, which is fine but why wasn't I told ahead of time so I can make that decision of who will work on my car... could have saved a lot of time and money going somewhere else.

Wheel alignment service is bad. Still charged and vehicle still pulls. Tried to say other things needed to be done. When Browns had already done all the work. If you have 4x4. A lift or oversized tires do not take it there!!!!
