What clients say about Hook It Up Towing in Fresno (TX)

Update: Just discovered after speaking with a lawyer what this crook did was highly illegal. I was only away from my vehicle for less than five minutes and I arrived on the scene as he was hooking my vehicle up, which by law means he has to release it. He also was suppose to wait one hour before towing me! So, I will be filling a law suit against this tower. There are cameras at the plaza I was at that confirm all of this as well. PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE A RUN IN WITH THIS CROOK: I was parked near a to go pizza place Saturday night and had my pet in my car. I was running inside to grab my pizza I had already paid for and walk out asap. Well, I walk inside to give my name and just so happen to peer out the window and I see this tower hooking my vehicle up. He must have literally been watching me walk inside and pulled around as fast as possible because it was literally less than 3 mins. I sprint outside and walk up and ask why he is towing my vehicle? In broken English he tells me I was parked in an unauthorized parking area. I looked around and there weren't any no parking signs in the vicinity, it was a regular parking space without a meter or anything. He was not giving me any information on what made that spot unauthorized and was hooking my vehicle up as I spoke. I told him my dog is in the car, I am not illegally parked and I was just running inside to grab a pizza. He was not listening at all and started giving me a major attitude and cussing. He told me I could pick it up at the lot and there is nothing else I could do. Well, I obviously didn't have time to call the police, so I pleaded with this horrible human being for another option. He told me I could pay a "drop fee" and he would take it off the lift. He charged me $180 for the drop fee, but the thing is he wrote on the ticket $167! I didn't notice this till he was gone, but he overcharged me and changed the price on the ticket to pocket the rest. I called that location the next day and come to find out it is a free parking area with no restrictions! So, not only did he overcharge me, but he illegally towed my vehicle. This man is a crook and it seems he is driving around Houston towing people and charging them to drop the vehicle. He is definitely foreign and is probably trying to get away with this because he is a tower and no one has called the Texas Dept of Licensing... Until now that is. I know his name is Peyman Sian and that comment at the bottom is his, he commented on his own company. I suggest anyone else who has dealing with this crook contact the Texas Dept of Licensing & Regulation so we can put a stop to this.

Tried to call the dude and tell him he cursed at me and said u should never park there and was being very rude. Now I'm going threw my insurance and The City of Houston. And a lawyer. These guys are definite crooks! I will be taking them to court shortly for what sounds like very similar if not even more aggressive and wrong situation to several of these other reviews. Peyman Sian's co worker Rick every banged on and keyed up my truck right in front of my eyes. Luckily the Police arrived after holding them up from towing for 2.5 hours at night and made these low lifes drop it. At least I kept them off the streets for a couple hours on a Friday night from committing more crimes. Happened by the cop station next to Theo's restaurant. There were 17 or so open and marked Theo's spots, but I pakred in an open unmarked spot by the closed police store front. I walked my dog down the sidewalk and across the street while my girlfriend and sister got ice cream and within 3-4 mins they started pulling up to my truck. I only let them only partially hook up which ended up being my saving grace. If you feel you are in the right in a situation like this, firmly stand your ground and let the cops sort it out. Do not let them touch your vehicle further. Hoping to receive a fresh coat of paint out of these slimy, low-down scums shortly.
