Called to get my car picked up after it broke down. The dispatcher seemed rude and didn’t want to deal with me. The driver they sent in a white Mack flatbed smelled like weed and was rude also. I decided not get my car picked up by the towing company and called a different towing company local. When the other towing company answered the dispatcher was delighted to receive my information and a tow truck showed up within 15 minutes.
One of the most best service I’ve had in Odessa ! I was towed by a guy named Tony who was super nice and I am definitely coming back to Blue Star. They had a reasonable price of towing and made everything stress free

Mark was the BEST!! He was professional and highly respectful, not only with me but with his conversation with his dispatcher as well. It's often hard when dealing with a stressful situation with car repairs after a hard rain, but he was certainly a light that I needed to have!! Slow response I waited over 1 hour 45 minutes when I was told a certain time then 1hr 45 and several phone calls later he finally arrived. It took another 30 minutes for him to load. We had to pay first with a debit card never got a receipt. $100.00 to go less than 3 miles then I had to escort him because he pulled over a block and a half before final destination. Very disappointing
My car died in Midland on the busy Wadley street and would not shift into gear to move it out of the way. I was in a complete panic. I called Blue Star Towing and they sent Miguel to pick up my car from the middle of the street. Miguel got there within a few minutes and started towing my car. I was impressed with his promptness and professionalism. I will definitely recommend Blue Star towing & driver Miguel in Midland.

Guillermo, was fantastic. He helped me tow my car when the U-Haul trailer tire flew off. Not only did he follow me to my house to drop off my cargo, but stood by till I secured my cart.

Called for an estimate on a tow going less than 1 mile away on a Sentra with fender damage...they wanted $150 So I called another company and was quoted $70 then called another one just to compare and was quoted $75. Don't let these guys rip you off
Subaru Ascent had a blow out just east of Midland. From the time Subaru Roadside Assistance contacted them until the driver reached out to me was less than 45 minutes. Miguel (The driver) was fast, courteous, and knowledgable regarding how to tow a AWD vehicle with a rear tire blowout. THANK YOU For the great service. Highly recommend Blue Star Towing!!!!
Just hit a massive pot hole/rut on 191 east. Had 2 blown out tires. Called blue star, the lady was VERY helpful on the phone. Said the wait would be about 30 mins, the tow truck driver made it out in less then 10 mins. We were Very shaken up, the Driver Miguel made us feel very safe, he was very kind and professional. He loaded and unloaded the car with great care and detail. Thank you Blue Star Towing and Miguel, you made that traumatic experience much less stressful.

Definitely recommend this company when you need a tow!! Pricing is very reasonable! Our driver Miguel was amazing with communicating with us, as well as helping us get my truck from one side of town to another. He got to where my truck was sitting about 20 minutes before we did, and was very understanding and didn't mind waiting for us. If you need a vehicle towed, give these guys a call!!!
They helped me out of a jam having my car flooded in the middle of Andrews Highway, quick, professional and do a great job. I’ve used them twice and lucked out getting Guillermo both times. He has an awesome attitude, great personality and super helpful. He is a beast on the sticks too, my cars breaks were locked up so not able to pull it, had to load and drop it, dropped it perfectly in my driveway with room for my wife to get her vehicle out, and made light work of getting it back on. He really is the best!

we had asking for winch out on our trailer they damaged our trailer bad refused to give us there insurance information we called another towing company to get our trailer out with out any damage done they refused to cooperate with us so please be aware using these guys they not professional we going to go through court to get our trailer fixed due to there driver negligence
Loaded my truck with good care. Didn’t rush to try to get it on the truck. Made sure it was secured well. Got out to my location in good time, for it being still early in the morning. Will be using them again for future work.
