the front desk lady is very rude . they get inside of your car without any permission i had money inside my car and it wasn’t in the bag that they gave me. i DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all this place don’t even deserve a 1 star
They stole 300 dollar kobe nike basketball shoes from the backseat and the trailer light connector as well as other random things, when we told the front office the lady said to contact headquarters and no one answers. Also made a spare key to my car without any permission. This business smells like sewage walking in and everyone is obviously a theif working there.
This place doesn’t even deserve ONE star! HORRIBLE customer service the lady that answers the phones is VERY rude. it takes FOREVER for someone to even answer the phone. I’ve been trying to pick up my car for 4 days already everything on my end is taken care of I’ve been waiting for this joke of a company to let me pick up my vehicle

Stole items and cash out of vehicle, and "supervisor" said their employee has no record of seeing missing items that they stole lol. When you hire stupid people, you get stupid results! When I was picking up items another customer showed up to receive items and the only thing missing was his firearm. Place is a joke

Review: Unprofessional and Shady Business Practices at Pegasus Recovery Solutions
Dealing with Pegasus Recovery Solutions has been one of the most frustrating experiences of our lives. My son's car was repossessed, but he was placed under a contract that would allow him to catch up on his payments before the vehicle would be auctioned off. Unfortunately, Pegasus Recovery Solutions broke this agreement, allowing another company in San Antonio to take possession of the vehicle a week early, even though the vehicle's payment was completely paid off! This place also charged us an extra fee bc they changed the locks the moment they received the vehicle! Now we have to spend money to bring the car home! I need an attorney dirty people and very rude.
Instead of honoring the contract, Pegasus put us through a complete runaround, with rude and dismissive staff offering no help or empathy for the situation they caused. Even after paying the vehicle amount, they still sent it for auction without any explanation, leaving us with the added inconvenience of having to retrieve the vehicle from Manheim in San Antonio.
This company clearly has no regard for contracts or its customers, making them difficult and stressful to deal with. Avoid Pegasus Recovery Solutions if you’re looking for professionalism and integrity—they're sadly lacking both.
Pretty sneaky having you sign a waiver that states you were able to examine your property and that it was not damaged before they release your damaged property to you. Demand to examine your property before signing anything! Also, the front desk lady has a terrible attitude. She should have some compassion for what people might be going through to have their vehicle end up there.
Dealing with them is quite a process. Everything is locked up tighter than Ft Knox -- including the people who are supposed to be the support staff. Not much support!!!!!
They are operating illegally they charge you a fee to get belongings from your vehicle. I have began the process of a lawsuit against them everyone that gets charged a fee should also file a lawsuit them claiming the bank charges the fee is an outright lie & they thought they could use that loophole & it's getting themselves in alot of trouble because I'm not the one to screw over. They have to show proof the bank is charging it & they have to show proof that the bank received that $50 fee they can't do either one so I can't wait to go to court

Lady with the broken hand. Was Very Rude and unprofessional! Took an hour to receive vehicle and on top of that personal property was stolen from inside my vehicle. If one can avoid using their services please do so .
I know someone who works here and he works his tail off I just hope that the drivers they have are allocated enough sleep because when they set foot in that tow truck it can be dangerous. I do like that they are under surveillance to protect them and others.
Was scheduled to be picked up by this Mickey Mouse company using my Progressive road side assistance. Got a confirmation at 645pm. Company never showed up. Tried calling them as did Progressive with no response. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Crazy how a company can stay open.
The people are very nice. A young man named Mark had a heart of gold u dont come across those kind anymore God Bless You all and may he cover you while you work in that dangerous job.

When they took my car they scratched it real bad on both sides, then they pulled out important documents and personal items from my car. Their only responsibility was to tow the car not
getting into it!
So our car was towed by WTAR Thursday night/Friday morning and after we took care of our paperwork to pick it up we were told we had to arrive by 2:45 as they go home by 3pm, we arrived and then was told the car was blocked and had to wait , we waited 1.5 hrs almost well turns out it was not blocked that was a lie they were trying to figure out how to reconnect the 4x4 they had disconnected apparently and did not know how to properly do it, we were told IT SHOULD BE OK !!!!!! HUH .. then after getting it home we discover first major dirt/mud foot prints all over the car, and the passenger door panel was damaged as well. This company is not professional nor honest and we will be contacting Chrysler monday about the Jeep grand Cherokee you towed.
Everyone here is very professional, not to mention really helpful. Cindy at the front desk is always willing to go the extra mile for the transports and anyone else that walks in there.
We are a transport company and Cindy Sanchez in the office is very professional to deal with. She has great communication skills and great customer service. Everyone at the Odessa, TX location are very professional. Great experience every time we come.
Sat and watched a tow truck driver drag my car squalling in reverse from the back bumper not in nuetral. Even if i wanted my car back now its totally trashed under suspension is trashed and probably transmission also. Zero respect for others property at all.
They repoed my car and caused so much damaged it isnt worth recovering it.
They only work by apopiments but yet when you get there on time for your appoiment you still gotta sit and wait for 1 hour because they were not prepared to see you ... as stupid as that sounds ...
This is the worse place of business. They towed my car on Friday morning we paid to get the car back that morning but the business wouldn't let us pick up the car til the following Tuesday. They stole money out of our car that was hiden so that means they decided to help their selfs to go through my car. They broke the front bumper. The lady in the front working looks like she was on drugs, that place is not professional at all. If I could I would give them neg stars
If you aren't a bank don't bother. If you don't know where it is, these guys are worthless. In other words, they don't do anything but charge banks to call people. They don't locate, they don't tow, they don't....not really sure what they do.
