The dealership took advantage of my elderly father and misled him on multiple occasions regarding critical information about the vehicle and its warranty coverage in order to push the sale through. This behavior constitutes deliberate misrepresentation and fraud. At no point was the full and accurate scope of the vehicle’s condition or the actual warranty limitations clearly disclosed. This was a calculated act to manipulate and profit from someone who trusted your word. We are now exploring all available legal remedies.

I purchased my jeep a month ago and I was super happy and satisfied after having resigned paperwork a couple of times. I get a call two days ago, a whole month and 3 days later stating i need to go RE SIGN AGAIN because my deal was never closed out!! I am given the option to either come up with an extra $1500 down or return my new jeep for a preowned DEMO jeep and find ANOTHER bank that will "approve me" mind you i was told several times the deal was sealed and i was "approved" have a copy of my signed documents and all. BUYERS BEWARE AND TAKE UR BUSINESS FAR FAR AWAY FROM CUERO DODGE!!!

Trelin in sales is the nicest person to work with. Although we did not purchase a vehicle, and he knew we were leaning towards keeping ours he never lost interest in our curiosities towards a new vehicle. He is such a great young man. We made a friend the day we met him. And in the service department we dealt with Robert. He answered all our questions and delivered on his word. I can be a pain sometimes and he delt with me very professionally. I appreciate him. We were also fortunate enough to meet and visit with the sales manager, Willis. He was a lot of fun to talk with. He is a Navy Veteran and again I want to thank him for his service to our great nation and its people.

I have been having an issue with my truck instrument panel lights staying on and killing my battery. About a year ago I took it in to be repaired. they kept my truck for a week and claimed to have fixed the problem. They replaced a sensor in the door I think and it wasn't cheap. Brought my truck home and the next morning the battery was dead again. When I brought it back, their comment was now it has a different Issue and had to start the search for the problem over again and it was possibly the key fob. I took it back and it was in the shop for about 3 weeks before they replaced the cluster in the dash. I think that charge was about $2600. Robert guaranteed the problem was fixed. Next day, dead battery and the screen was totally going crazy. I brought it back the net day and was told that they fixed the problem and now it was something else. He said the guarantee did not cover other issues that has appeared. I finally contacted someone higher up in the company who assured me that the issue would be taken care of at no charge. Well, my truck has been in the shop for almost a month and I have not received any curtesy calls on status. So I called to find out about any progress. Robert told me that he would get with the tech and call me back. Haha, been a week and haven't heard a word from them. I feel like a mushroom, feed me crap and keep me in the dark is the way I see the situation. I am beginning to think my truck is parked in the back and they are hoping I will buy a new truck from them. Fat chance, I've already gave the about 4k for truck repairs that were no more than a guess at the problem. They also tried to sell me a new truck and knock off the repair cost on the price. They call mechanics Techs now, but were I come from they call them part changers hoping that will take care of it.

This was hands-down, the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I got the car that I wanted and was able to negotiate the terms and everyone here is excellent. Carmen and Willis are aces. Highly recommend!

Fast friendly service!! With in an hour of talking on the phone with my sales lady.. I was approved for my vehicle! Alicia is absolutely AMAZING! The whole deal was done over the phone and once I got there to pick up my car it only took maybe 30 minutes for paperwork and I was on my way! She made my car buying experience wonderful!
