Highly Disappointed! My initial call to O'REILLY was on May 9th, 2 min. 24 sec. @ 10:41 AM spoke to Jose. I called to purchase a tow package for a 2019 Equinox. I spoke to Jose who told me my husband had already requested it. Jose advised he wouldn't have one until two weeks from now. I, was placed on hold, Then he advised I could have it on Saturday, the 10th @ 7:30 AM and said he would call me when it arrived. Take a guess, Jose never called me on May 10th. I patiently waited thinking that maybe there was a delay in delivery. Today I decided to take the initiative to call and asked to speak to the manager I was placed on hold. Jose took my call. I identified myself and the purpose of my call concerning the tow package. He immediately gave me every excuse including they were busy on Saturday with customers and phones calls that were important. I, quietly listened to his excuses. I reminded him that he would said he would call me on Saturday, May, 10th. I, then asked him "am I not important as customer also" ? Jose, (manager) abruptly hung up. I informed my husband as to what had occurred and called and spoke to Jose. He accused me of yelling at him. This is a lie. There are several things that I don't like are those who have disregard to speaking the truth My husband listened and stated to him that he doubted she yelled at him. He then posed the question: " have you received training on how to respond to a customer who is upset"? His response was to continue to defend his busy store. He was then asked are you not trained to listen, try and solve the problem, diffuse the situation, or are you trained to just hang up on the customer? I recommend Jose be trained on how to better manage this kind of situation . especially as a manager. Not only have they lost us as customers , but our commercial account also. O'Reilly's lost a sale, local sales tax for the community, and the local business that was going to the install the tow package also is impacted. Actions have consequences. O' Reilly lost a customer for good.

Went to O'Reilly in Cuero Texas...my elderly mother needed windshield wipers for her car...fantastic Employee by the name of CHRISTIAN helped not only my mother get new windshield wipers but I ended up buying some as well...CHRISTIAN was so nice and went outside to take my mother's old windshield wipers off and put the new wipers on her car...he also took the time to explain to me how to put the windshield wipers I bought on my car once I got home to do the task...TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEE'S LIKE CHRISTIAN!!!! 5 STARS!!

Stopped off at O'Reilly's when my engine light came on. Excellent Customer Service Liz went to my car and looked up the code to tell me the problem.

They usually have what I need. If not they order it and it arrives usually in one day.

They were great my check engine light came on and they took the time to tell me the problem

My daughter & I were traveling today, October 1, 2023 with 3 children when our check engine light came on… stopped at the O’Reilly’s store in Cuero, TX…Jean came out and ran a diagnostics for us…she was absolutely amazing! Thank you Jean so much! We appreciate you!!!

Helpful service with a good return policy it made buying a couple items easily to ensure we got the right parts

Passing through on our way to Victoria the starter on my truck broke off at the Valero/Circle K at 7:40 on a Sunday and they close at 8:00. Called them and they had the part in stock and accepted payment over the phone. The truely awesome part was that TD went above and beyond and brought the part to me in less than 10 minutes after getting off the phone. Extremely nice young man!

Very well run store. Employees are are extremely helpful and seem to really like their job. Many have been there for years.

It went great very friendly and helpful with my problem. A dog chew my wires twice under my truck! I wasn't a Happy camper when that happened. But no problem got it fix with the help of O'Relly!

Knowledgeable staff and willing to get there Hands dirty to get you back on the rode. I love the fact that they will let you borrow tools to fix your car right there in the parking lot. Order parts and in store pick up!!

It's the weekend and I'm traveling. Every warning light ⚠️ on my dashboard suddenly come on. First place I see is O'Reillys in Cuero. I walk in, a little panicked because I still have a ways to go. The associate, Brandy is so calm cool and professional offers to run quick diagnostic. Even though we can't figure out the problem, she's at least tried, and calmed me enough to make it to an auto repair. Thank you a bunch Brandy for going above and beyond.

We arrived right as they were closing one night, and the lovely young lady there helped us anyway. Awesome auto parts store based on her alone. 🙂

You can definitely count on O'Reilly's to take care of anything you need. Great customer service. Family friendly people. Also, you can sell old car batteries back to them for about 10-15$

The people are friendly, they try to be helpful. Sometimes they overstate their knowledge. All I'm saying is it's your responsibility to do your homework on what part you need. However, when they make a mistake, returns are easy and drama free. So I do recommend this company

went to the store Monday 01/11/21 had a very nice Lady her name was Shaneal she help me with my refund answer all my questions she very helpful and she was respectful to me And yall need more employees like her. she always had a smile on her face.

Folks here are conscientious about asking for one's "O'Rewards" number and can get most anything online the next day. Additionally, they still offer $10 gift cards for old car / tractor batteries. Being in the country I can always scare one up!

Oriellys in general is a great store with great value but this location is lacking in customer service. You need a thick skin to shop at the paticular location as staff is generally rude.

Customer service was great but shop is undermanned and a bit pricey. Oil filters and oil were 2x the price then Walmart

Waited for 10 min in the store for help. Two employees doing absolutely nothing didn't ask if I needed help or even come to the register. My business will be NAPA's from now on.

Decent prices and will actually go to the parking lot and help you with your car.

Extremely rude went in to buy replacment fuses and have my vehicles check engine light checked and they refused saying that was not their job. Im livid never experienced this kind of customer service in my life.
