About 2 was ago, I went to O'Reillys in Pilot Point, TX. I was really impressed with the lady that helped me. She was knowledgeable and professional. I hope that Rhonda is always there when I go in for help!

Terrible customer service from the woman behind the counter. She did not even try to help and it seemed like I was inconveniencing her by coming in the store to buy something.
What a bad experience I had this afternoon with a woman who did not want to help, she was very angry, I only wanted my engine gasket, if you do not want to work, women, please do not go and make bad faces at customers.
Nice country store, but there's that...the country, which I am...I just don't drive a truck and because of such my oil isn't carried often here and when asking to carry more it was push back.....so my business goes elsewhere.
Great place to dump oil though.
Pour service. They would not replace the bad gasket that came with the water pump I bought the day before. Do not buy anything from here that you mat need to return.

I shop here for automotive needs. They have a good selection at a good price. If they don't have the part in stocks, they can get it some times on the same day.
The gentleman working is a rude person and should not have this job. It’s too bad for the owner as we will NEVER go to this store again. Thanks for nothing and for costing us 1 hour of our lives.
Justin has been one of the best people I’ve worked with at any auto parts store. He was concerned, kind, gracious, and willing to help. Especially when my Oreilly battery has been changed changed about once per year.This guy needs a raise. He’s good for business!

Staff was very friendly and helpful they go above and beyond regardless of how many times you have to come back in 1 night they don’t mind helping you were as if you went elsewhere they’d probably get tired of seeing your face! This is my go to oreilly and by far the friendliest one I have ever been to.
The guy's there don't know Harley anything what parts you're needing if the computer doesn't tell em and if you try to order parts over the phone they tell you they order them and you go there to pick him up and find out that they didn't order them
always willing to crack open a catalog to find weird things that other part stores say they dont have. if your willing to wait a day to get something you can almost get anything you could imagine.
If you are in a hurry or need someone that knows what they are talking about then find somewhere else to go!!! The asst manager is an idiot. She has no idea what she is doing and doesn't care about her customers!
