My tire light was staying on although the pressure and sensors were remaining to checkout okay. Several places I called would not touch it and told me to go to the dealership. Barebones was very thorough and responsive to my needs. The tire light is out and I am very happy with the results and the price for service!

Had engine problems with our yukon, sent it to Barebones in Krum. They diagnosed and found a part in the engine came apart and ran metal thru the engine. With the high miles we decided to have them install a remanufactured engine. Bobby and the guys did all they could to make sure everything was perfect and that's exactly how our yukon runs now, perfectly!

Incredible shop! They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired well beyond my expected time. They took the time to explain the issue to my wife and even took her on a test drive to help ease her mind on the issue being resolved. Highly recommend!

Good people but you better clear your day. Simple oil change scheduled at 10am still sitting there at 11am. The time before that I was a walk in and sat there for 3 hours for a oil change
Seriously?????? What car place actually tells you the truth????? They literally told me I didn’t need repairs! Like any other company would have taken me to the cleaners and charged me thousands! They told me the truth and said my brakes were fine! Plus, I got an oil change from them and they didn’t try to charge me 1k bucks more. We just moved to Krum in November and we will 100000% be using them for both our cars!!!

I’ve waited a little while to rate the shop, because I wanted to get to know them, and build a repore with them. They are top notch people. I had them put a manufactured engine in my ram 1500, and although there were a couple of hiccups with parts, that was beyond their control, they did a great job getting everything fixed and stood behind their work. I currently have 20,000 miles on the new engine.
Today I had them replace the cv axles on my mother in laws Lexus. Dropped it off last night and they completed the work in the same day, and mom couldn’t be happier.
I went to another local business to get an inspection but unfortunately the wait time was not within my allotted time frame so I went to Barebones. This was my first time going here. The employees were so very sweet and got me in FAST. I had my grandsons with me and they offered them chips and a drink while we waited. The boys didn’t have time to finish the bag of chips. I really appreciated the professionalism and fast service.
This place is a life saver!!! I noticed a nail in my tire 15 minutes before they closed. It was the night before Thanksgiving and I was getting ready to head to Kansas to see my family. I arrived 5 minutes before they closed and they were able to plug my tire! I am so thankful for their staff! I will be bringing all of my future service and tire needs to Bare Bones!

Went here for the first time since so close to my house instead of going to Discount Tire. I dropped my car off in the morning and they said they'd get to it around 1-3pm. Got a call before 12pm that it was done and ready. Got new tires and an inspection done. The guys there are extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

The manager Chance is so kind and makes sure his customers are well cared for- he goes above and beyond. The mechanic Diego did an exceptional job diagnosing my car, was very thorough and friendly.

I usually do the majority of my own automotive repairs, but had a couple of issues I couldn't track down on my F-350, they were quick and accurate with diagnosing the issues kept me informed of what they found before doing the work, and provided me with a fair price, and made the repairs in a timely manner. I won't take my truck to anyone else for the rest of it's life. They treat you like family from the moment you step into the front door, to the moment you leave with you repaired vehicle.
I've taken 3 of my vehicles here to be serviced and each time has been a pleasant experience. Philip and his team are professionals. Communication is great. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs, whether big or small. They are wonderful to deal with, and I've had my fair share of negative shop experiences. This is my go-to place!

Mechanic Bobo was very professional and friendly. The shop was recommended by a friend. Really appreciated the customer service and timeliness. They worked around my schedule (that had to change on my side) and in the heat too. I will use them again and recommended them to others!
I stopped in today after having an issue with my overhead console falling out of my pos VW. I was able to disconnect 2 of the wires but not the 3rd and it would be dangerous to drive with. I stopped at Barebones and the gentleman at the desk came out and disconnected it for me free of charge!! That is some seriously great service. I will be taking them my business from now on.
P.s. don’t buy a 2020 VW Tiguan.
