After another tow service cancelled on me. Jonathan from B&O was able to come out within the hour to get me from Denton to Carrollton! He was very professional and did an excellent job of loading and unloading the gently. Definitely call them next time you need a tow.
Austin was the best! My car broke down a couple Sunday's ago on our way back home from a weekend trip. He showed up VERY timely. He was familiar with the area and a pro with the lift. Woke up with a flat tire this morning! I drive a 2500 Ram truck and did not want to change it myself. Called B&O and Johnny was at my house within 20 minutes. He was awesome! Very respectful and had my spare on my truck pretty quick! Thank you Johnny and B&O! This is the go to company to reach out to for ANY car emergency. Ryan was so quick to respond to my call, so efficient with providing my tow service and had amazing people skills. Although a towing situation isn’t good, he kept spirits and energy high, gave suggestions on steps to take after and made sure I was safe. He was caring and listened to my concerns and thoughts of what might have went wrong and overall the best towing experience I’ve had to go through. I highly recommend them again!!!
Getting your car towed is never a great experience, BUT Jeff helped me in more ways than I could count or thank him for. I had a terrible weekend and my vehicle was put in impoundment by another towing company and Jeff was the only person that could help me. Ryan was the best! He made sure my daughter and I were safe and okay before anything else. He then preceded to ensure our vehicle was secure on the bed of the tow truck. He was very polite and considerate; as well as understanding, because it was a very late night tow. He arrived at our destination with swiftness and remove our vehicle slowly from the bed. Excellent Company. I have had Jeff's number saved in my phone for years. Anytime our company had a towing issue he was always quick to answer and always got the company to take care of us in the past. Well last night because his contact is saved in my phone, I accidentally sent him money through my online banking. Contacted Jeff H, and he was amazing and had great integrity, figured out what happened and sent it back with no issues. I thank this man and the company for honest employees. Once again number will always be saved for all our towing needs.
