This is a bait and hook company, please stay away. They quoted 89 for coming out and another 65-95 for the location I wanted them to tow to. But I ended up paying 300+. This company is very shady and wouldn't recommend. The driver was nice though and called promptly after delivering the motorcycle in the dealership. There are no Zero stars and hence had to go with 1 star rating.

Was hung up on twice attempting to confirm information about a tow. Will be contacting the BBB as they mishandled my vehicle and delivered poor customer service while I tried to engage them to resolve. Whereabouts of my car are unknown and I have a text thread proving they were the last to handle my vehicle.

Alex the dispatcher was good. But his tow truck driver was very behind. Which means they are a busy company. Our truck also disappeared before they could tow it so I can't really comment on their towing expertise.

I recently moved to Irving and was driving around unfamiliar roads when I accidentally ran out of gas. I felt so silly, but this towing company in Irving didn't make me feel embarrassed at all. They sent someone over right away and he brought me enough gas to get me to the nearest station. The whole process was quick and painless, and the driver was really friendly too. I'm so glad I have their number saved in case anything else happens.

They get three stars because they were polite, timely, and got my truck to its destination undamaged. However, regarding pricing they are not very transparent. They won't give you an actual number until the driver is there because the know at that point they've got you. When talking on the phone they don't tell you that they round up on mileage. They told me that the first 5 miles are free, but didn't mention that's only if you stay in the same zip code. So I had my truck towed 27 miles, minus 5 is 22 miles. At $4/mile that should be $88. Instead, I didn't get 5 miles free and they added 3 miles to "round up" so I ended up at $120 instead. On top of that, they also don't tell you that if you're paying with a card that they charge a 5% fee. That is an insane fee for using a card. CC companies charge 1% or so. So overall, they'll do a fine job hauling the vehicle, but there are hidden fees. Add about 20-30% to whatever they quote you over the phone.

I recently had the pleasure of using the towing and roadside assistance services provided by this company in Irving. Their tow truck in Irving, TX, was in excellent condition, and the driver was not only skilled but also went out of their way to ensure my safety. This place has been an absolute life saver! My ford f-150 broke down on the side of the highway and I reached out for their services. From the operator to my tech Elijah, the services provide were profound. Within 25 minutes of placing the request, Elijah was arriving ready to complete the job, compared to most towing services that take nearly 2 hrs. I advise everyone reading this review to not hesitate for this company is what you are looking for. Great handling along with great pricing and even better customer services from their operators! Eli came and helped me out after my tire blew on PGB, he came quickly and was promptly on time, stayed until he was able to get it fixed despite my rim being a hassle. Great guy, company and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend.

2 stars for their speed in getting you off the road. The price is ridiculously expensive $350 just for them to attach the car then the price per mile ridiculously high. Definitely should have tried other places before going for the first sponsored Google suggestion. Buyer be ware!

I’m torn between stars for service and stars for price. I was quoted $59 just for them to show up and “at least” $20 to jump my truck off. By the time the man left, it was a $99 ordeal and then had to turn around and buy a $300 battery just to get back to Shreveport. I’ll be a little more specific....There’s no doubt my battery was beyond dead. He hooked up his jump box and although, I had power, it still wasn’t enough for my truck to turn over. That, in and of itself, was $20. Since it didn’t work that way, he had to hook up his jumper cables from his truck to mine.....you guessed it, another $20. Personally, it’s pathetic to nickel and dime someone when the driver spent less than 10 minutes assisting me and charged me $40 on top of the $59 just to get there. The only plus side is the man who assisted was very polite and professional. If this were to happen to me again in Irving, I simply would not call this company to assist. I would rather give a stranger $20 for a jump from their truck (keep in mind I tried to jump it off from people who offered to help but they had smaller cars and it just wasn’t a strong enough battery to assist me). I was sick at my stomach when he decided to charge an additional $20 just to pull out the jumper cables. $99 to jump a vehicle off is insane.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was quoted a price and charged $50 more than this. Chris, who initially spoke with me, lied and was so nice to get my business and after they charged my card and I called back, he was rude and hung up on me. And before you come back with a reply about how prices change according to circumstances...the car was left in a parking lot with the rear accessible, the keys were available and the car runs...it was just making a noise. Not a difficult tow. Never go here.

Great service. They came within a hour. Price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again if I needed.

I was quoted a price of around $250 and ended up paying $396. Only reason I’m giving a three star review is because they got to the vehicle I was needing to get towed quickly and over the phone customer service (minus the large difference between the price I was quoted and actually ended up paying) was great. Also the man driving the tow truck was very nice and personable (Suleyman Taskiran of Towing Riders). I was in a desperate situation and thankfully paying that amount was not an issue. However, nobody likes thinking they’re going to pay one thing and end up paying way more. What if I didn’t have the $396 that it ended up costing once my vehicle arrived at its final destination? So y’all either should get on the same page as far as quoted price/final price or quit falsely quoting prices that aren’t anywhere close to the actual final cost. I’d only recommend them if money isn’t an issue for you and if you need fast tow service. Other than that I would not recommend them.

I don't usually do feedback, but Alex (the driver from 360) towed my wrecked explorer from Dallas to Norman OK... and on a Sunday night after 10pm. Unheard of, but he answered the call and was a true professional to bitter end. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks 360 and give Alex a raise! He deserves it!

The driver was a really nice guy and I have no faults against him. My biggest complaint lies in the fact that I was told the pricing is only $59 to take my car anywhere in the city limits and $4 for every mile outside. What they neglect to tell you is that there is a $75 "hook up" fee and a $25 "special equipment" fee (which is the fee for using the ties to keep your car from falling off the bed...). I ended up getting charged an extra $100 that they neglected to mention....

I had a very awesome experience! They came to my location exactly when they said they would. Hooked my car up and made it home safely. I will most definitely use this company in the future if I need a tow. Thank you so much. The driver Ramon was awesome!!

Just awful I called over an hour ago and paid $140 for the service deposit. Told me they would take up to 15-30 mins Max for a tow. Had to have someone else call them and get ahold of company because they refused to awnser my calls and left me on hold forever. Found out on of their drivers left due to a flat tire,"ironic" and it would be another 30 min wait time. You think it would be the professional thing to contact the customer and keep them updated, but not with this company. I was in the rain for over 2 hours before heard back from anyone. Driver finally called and it took him another 30 mins to get there. Dispatch was also refusing my calls,Completely until then. Driver was very unprofessional as well. He also made a stop at the gas station taking even longer after the fact. And after wards he still gouged the price. Nothing matches up with what was originally said. Worst experience ever and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Will be filing a complaint against the company

Oh God! Why didn't I read the reviews! I usually always read reviews! They got me this time because I was in a hurry to get back to my daughter's birthday party. This company is deceitful! They are not upfront about charges! How do you write a towering fee $50-80 dependent on the tow, then turn around and charge for labor and special equipment?!!! That should all be in the $80! Then say that it's a $59 cancellation fee, but at the end of the transaction call it a service call charge. They charge you an extra $59 regardless. Lies! Lies! Lies! Don't use this company!!!!

I called to set up a tow from my home to the dealership 11 miles away. After some discussion about cost I agreed to have them come. When the driver arrived, he said it was going to total an amount twice as much as I understood from my earlier phone conversation. There were several fees not disclosed during the initial phone call. Thy said they can’t go over the charges in detail initially because “it would take too long.” After about an hour of back and forth with the diver standing in my driveway we finally “agreed” on an amount 50% more than the original discussion. If I hadn’t paid the initial $59 fee I wouldn’t have had them do the job. The dispatch guy said it was “impossible” to refund the fee I had already paid. A friend in the towing industry said a reasonable price would be about $75-$100 for this tow, we paid $149 after an hour of arguing to get it down from $209. My initial understanding was a cost of about $100, the service dispatch agreed but neglected to mention several fees. Use this company at your own risk!

I would like to thank Eli for a fine job he did on picking up my wrecked car and bring it to my. The work was done very professional, polite and in the time allotted. He came when they said he would come and they called and he called to make sure that I would be where my car was wrecked. He brought the car to my home for the insurance company to review. I would like to thank Eli and triple AAA for the great job done.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this towing service. We were told on the phone it would be an $89 service fee and then $40-80 depending on how bad the car was. I charge for delivery because it was less than two miles away. Three hours later, the two truck drive charges my wife $363. $89 service fee, $80 tow fee, $29 drop off fee, $45 special equipment fee(the use of a jack), $120 for labor. 360 towing refuses to answer my call to resolve the issue. They are a shady company and I don’t think anyone should trust them with their business.

As you can see from all of the other reviews, this company goes out of their way to take advantage of people in already financially stressful situations. Quote you one price and charge 3x as much. I don’t know how these people sleep at night and have absolutely no clue how they still have 4.5 stars here. They must be doing shady business here too...

I was given a 20 minute ETA, the driver (Danny) arrived on time, was very polite and efficient. Turned out, my spare tire had never been used and was low on air, he followed me back about a mile to a Shell station and added air to the spare for me! I highly recommend 360 Towing Solutions, they were there for me when I needed them! Thank you, Danny!

I got charged more than I was quoted which was a little disappointing. But the guy that towed my vehicle was very kind to me so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. He was very professional and took great care of putting my damaged vehicle back into my garage.

When I called the guy he told me $89 and $3 for each mile. Ended up being $319! The driver while he did a great job, said $89 for service call and then $95 for tow. Guess the first guy failed to mention that part. Wouldn't recommend these guys at all.
