  Very affordable & painless purchase. Quick & easy...I'd definitely refer this place & be back as well. Update: I had to come back for a plug to my Starter 2 days later & again received amazing customer service. Very fast...in & out. Also, make sure you go to Express Auto Parts which is the red & brown building, not the parts place on the corner. They share the same address but are not the same business.

  I really didn’t want to write this review, but due our bad experience we are forced to do so. My boss did not want me to do this but I have to. We (a repair shop) agreed to purchase a Subaru engine from Jay (Express Auto Parts) on 10/5/19 for the agreed price of $XXXXX minus XXXX discount. Per our agreement, the item was supposed to be pulled out of the car on Monday 10/7 and shipped 10/8 to meet the expected delivery window of 3-5 days. Once shipped we are supposed to get the tracking #. When we bought the engine, we explained to Jay that we have the car on a lift and we really need it to be delivered on time. Since we did not hear from them until Wednesday regarding the status, we decided to call. Jay picked the call and placed us on hold for more 15 minutes to check the status, then we decided to hang up and call back. We call repeatedly, they did not answer however when we called with another #, the picked up we were told that someone will get back to us which no one did. We got a call from Jay on Thursday and he told us the engine was shipped the day before and he will get us the tracking by the end of the day which he did not still. Since we were having difficulties getting hold of them over the phone, we followed up with email to check the status. On Thursday Jay called and told us that he had a family emergency and will let us know COB regarding the order again which he did not. So we emailed again and the place responded today saying that there was a bad storm yesterday and power will be stored today and nothing about our order. We finally asked them to cancel the order today via email. We just discovered the item that we agreed to purchase was listed for a higher price. We have wasted one whole week going back and forth, we called more than 15 times and sent 3 emails, I wish they communicated to us saying that we want more $ for it or simply cancel our order. Hope they will learn from this experience and treat their next customer right.

  Searching many different "junk yards" I called Ab's like new import salvage and explained what part I needed for a 2005 Mercedes S430 for the the repair. The individual I spoke with was well versed in this import vehicle, so that convinced me to drive 30 miles to purchase this part required. I was greeted with courtesy and a knowable person who was on top of getting my part. Was told if any issues with the item bring it back undamaged or tampered with and they would replace it with a like item. They now have my business and many others I will direct towards Ab's like new import salvage. Thank you for going the extra mile for the man on the cane much props to all staff.

  I found this place through a parts search online. I called them up because their prices were cheaper and the damage code meant the part was in good shape. Jay answered the phone and quickly sent me a text message with pictures of the rim I was looking for. When I went up there later that day, she was super knowledgeable and friendly. I heard her on the phone with another customer, and she knows her stuff! It's like she's got all the inventory memorized! Anyway, long story short, I got the rim and it's in excellent shape. Prices are cheaper and parts are in good shape.

  I needed a steel wheel for my Corolla and Jay took very good care of me. She sent me several pictures of the wheels, before making the trip out there. Not only was the price nearly 50% less than other salvage yards, Jay also threw in a small part free of charge. Great service all around and a highly recommended business to deal with.   I am very happy with the level of customer service Jay provided to me. He kept me informed every step of the way through our transaction. Unfortunately things did not work out for me, there was a mix up with the engine I got delivered. I asked him for a refund, He said no problem, arranged to have the engine picked up and again kept me informed of when they got the engine and when the refund would be issued. It was truly a pleasure to deal with a complete professional, he is truly an asset to the company he works for. I look forward to doing business with this company again.

  I was recently involved in an accident and had to replace my entire driver's side door. I live in Baltimore and was quoted almost $1,000 to replace it! I ended up looking for the part online in hopes to replace it myself and found that AB's was selling the part I needed for less than HALF the price I was quoted. Jay, the gentleman who helped me, was extremely personable and efficient, answering any questions I had. I received the door less than a week after I ordered it, though it was shipped via freight from Texas. Extremely happy with their service and the door is in mint condition! Awesome work!

  my experience with this business was horrible. i warn you to not use this business as they will rip you off if theres a chance. I bought an axle here for a 2006 dodge ram dually and the leaf springs. I examined the axle for over an hour in his yard then decided I wanted it, it was 1800$ I took it home on a Saturday, once home I opened up the differential removed the axle shafts to put new bearings and seals in when I noticed that one of the shear pins in the axle tube was sticking up a tiny bit maybe 1mm it was very hard to tell. I took screw driver and popped the axles shear pin out, thats not supposed to happen. i then really started looking very close to the others and they too were broken, this is unrepairable at this point rendering the part useless to me. So first thing Monday I get on the phone with the guy that sold me the part he says bring it in I have another one, so I make the 2 hour trip down and go look at the other one, it looks to be in good condition however is off a newer truck and will not work on mine. SO the guy then proceeds to tell me that he will be buying another truck at auction that Wednesday and could trade me the part then. At this point I'm pretty frustrated and request a refund, he denies me the refund as his bs receipt states no refunds....however during the entirety of our conversation he never disclosed that, it is also posted nowhere in his "store/yard" so I end up leaving with nothing that day just a wasted 5 hours, and go home. In the next two days I'm waiting to hear that he has received the other part from the auction, he fails to call as expected at this point, so i call him, he proceeds to tell me that he didn't get it.Now at this point Im extremely angry he starts to argue with me that i brought back a axle from another salvage yard in the area and he was no longer interested in warrantying my part, so i wait until the next morning and make the 2 hour drive again just to show him that his guy working in the back had actually engraved his company name in the differential. now at this point I'm feeling like i got clean ripped off, so i tell him since ACCORDING to his bogus receipt he does offer a 30 day warranty so he needs to warranty his part its clearly the one he sold it matches the receipt it matches the one in the videos from his cameras, he just flat out says no and tells me the only one I can is have is the original broken one..... he then went to his back junk yard area and resisted to do anything with me from there. he will not give me my money back he will not warranty he will do nothing but beat around the bush, I warn you to stay far far far from this guy and his business, he is flat out a crook. now what it is going to take is more time and money to take him to court, which I will be doing as I'm sure if he is doing this to me he will do it to you. 1800$ rip off.
