This has been one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with this auto parts place. I purchased a motor from them about a month ago and have been given every excuse for my core deposit money back. They toss me around from person to person claiming to help resolve the problem only to talk to me like I'm the problem and pretty much tell me we'll call you back only to not hear from them and get upset with me for calling concerning my deposit cause you haven't did what you said you would. Manager Rob, and sales associate Vanessa are basically holding my money so if you get anything from them please bring core or don't expect your return money back. Will never do business with them again.
I purchased a motor and kept gettin a re-occurring charge of $29.99 monthly. I don't understand how when I paid by debit card. No one on the phone could help me. They could not tell me why they were charging me. Scammers
DO I EVEN HAVE TO GIVE A STAR !PLEASE PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW AND SAVE YOUR TIME . Parts are there yes but they do not let you see the part in person ,they will tell you look at the pictures and tell me if you want it . Rude people in here and they lie Abaut the parts they have (showed me a bumper of a picture color blue and I got a red one from a diffrent car) they will charge you to remove anything .how can I pay for a part I’m not aware of its condition ? Very unprofessional business I will no longer be coming and letting as much people know how they are .
