Very poor service. Young lady named Vanessa took my payment for an ac fan for an Acura. Came back two hours later and the part pulled was an ac compressor. Had to wait an additional two hours for the right part. Took 4 hours plus dealing with Grimes. They are also higher than most. Use them as a last resort only. See for yourself!
The worst place to order parts. They treat you real bad like tomorrow you part be here you go tomorrow and he need 2 more day's. After that another day ..bad for business. Another day I. Like to get my money back after 2 weeks of waiting
I hired a guy named David to repair a leather seat and belt for my car. I first paid him for the repair on November 19th. He kept good communication with me and I was aware of all the delays. I went to check with him today to see if the parts were in, and was with him when he called Grimes to confirm. A man named Robert was so rude and told him he didn't want to sell the seats to him because of a bad review he posted. David looked shocked and stated he never posted any review. Robert then apologized that he made a mistake. But then said he was going to refund the seats anyways because they lost them... the whole thing is weird. Seems like they made a lot of mistakes and don't know how to hold themselves accountable.
