Extremely friendly & helpful people, I purchased a 2017 RAV4 hood from them I didn’t even notice any damage from the pictures they provided. They noticed & gave me a discount saying any body shop could fix it, so we purchased it! Will definitely come again.
One of the best places to go for real advice and genuine parts. I’ve never had a bad experience here, especially with Roger. If you’ve got any question about parts, he’s the man to talk to. I was talking to him about troubles I was having with my truck, ‘06 Colorado, and how hard it had been to find decent affordable parts. Roger not only helped me figure out the root issue, but gave me a lesson on parts coming from different states. I learned about where the best transmissions come from and how he was able to piecemeal a group of parts from different suppliers to make a really high quality bundle covering everything I needed. If I could I’d give six stars to Roger, he really is the best.
Was sold a faulty engine and have been carless for months due to lack of communication in regards to replacement/ warranty. Needing someone to help me asap. Spent $7K and have been ignored by sales rep Nick on multiple occasions. Have had to take time out of work to figure this out with no resolution for weeks. Truly fed up!
