This company I would recommend !!! Angel was fast and extremely kind. I called early in the morning and was able to get service within 30mins which was very impressive to say the least. Dumb people. Car reported stolen. Arlington police department had the vehicle towed by this wrecker yard. Next day they released the car to the suspected thief. Proof of ownership was to verified. Registration does not indicate ownership bozos. Nothing changed in this location. Went to pick car on Saturday and rudeness was at its epitome. No greeting, use of offensive language as us if to provoke or ignite confrontation. Time of visit 1140 am Aug 11 2018. The man on duty should not be allowed to speak to customers at all. He treats and talks down to customers on the phone and live at the office. I just watched as a business owner the rudeness, I personally encountered and witnesses another customer in the office berated and will not tolerate in my own place of business. Either the owner of this place is blind or just immuned from the lack of professionalism that is plaguing this place. No matter what the reason that bring people to a wrecking yard, they should be greeted and questions should be answered nicely and a thank you is a must when anyone hands you payment. If these goals cannot be accomplished, the days of any business will be numbered.
City of Arlington police uses this wrecking company and my 17-year old daughter was in an accident. Before I could get to the scene they had the car towed away. Daughter is not even an adult. I was not consulted and they charged $303 plus $26 a day after. Then they won’t take payment over the phone so I couldn’t get the car picked up same day. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way. Super rude. And will do anything to take advantage of people in a vulnerable state.
