Got 2 transmission for a 11 accord and both were bad and they don’t want to warranty. Waste of time and money, end up buying from another yard and it’s working now.
Bad customer service, it made me feel like they hate their job I asked for a wire harness and they said to come back other days cause they were almost closed and couple days later when I came back they told me they won't sale just the harness or any parts from the truck
customer service is a 0/10. definitely the worst i’ve ever experienced. the man at the front desk did not sell me the part i requested because i had to leave and come back. i couldn’t even walk through the door before he said he ‘sold’ it within the hour i was gone. had an attitude the whole time and was just really rude when i was just trying to make a purchase with them. wouldn’t recommend to anyone who cares about customer service
