I took my car to German because of an issue I had after I changed out the spark plugs. He pretty much pinpointed what the issue was just by hearing the motor when it was put in drive and he could hear air escaping from the intake manifold. He's keeping it overnight to work on it. My son referred me to him, I've got a host of other issues going on with that motor, I'll ask him here in a little bit if he can see other issues.

I was passing through Grand Prairie with alternator troubles. I was able to find a new alternator at Auto Zone and they were nice enough to stay open to install it and get me back on the road! Thank you!
The one in charge was Very very unprofessional over the phone . Made we not even want to waste my time or money there . I called just to see when they closed and to see if i had any time to make it there and try to do business . But instead the person tells me “ they don’t know when ever they finish working on the cars they have now “ which doesn’t help anybody out . People have seem to lost good customer service . And for that i rate this place one star .
My whole family has been going to German for years. He is top-notch. German and his crew fix repairs correctly the first time and are reasonably priced. We have had him work on a variety of issues and he is equally adept at all aspects of car repair. There have been a couple of times that we were in a bind and went to local shops because they were close to our house, but ultimately we had to still take it to German to be repaired correctly and he got it right the first time. Now, we just get the car towed to German's shop straight away. We are so pleased with German and his business deserves nothing less than 5 stars.
I have a 2003 suburban LT that needed a new radiator, if your looking for a fair deal call these guys first, now I did supply my own radiator and coolant only charged $55 in labor plus I was outta there in less than 45 mins I will be going back to these guys!!
