Our daughter‘s car broke down completely when she was visiting a friend on a Saturday night. We expected to have to wait hours to get someone to tow it for us. Eriker towing came out in 15 minutes! They were extremely professional and worked quickly to hook up the car. Their previous ce was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
amazing towing company, contacted them and they picked up immediately. prices were a lot cheaper compared to other companies (other company charged $300 while this one was only $140). when the truck came everything went smoothly; all i had to do was scoot the car a bit closer to the truck, and the driver took everything from there. car arrived safe and sound at the repair shop relatively quickly, and they sent me a confirmation picture. will definitely be using their services again in the future if anything else happens!

Eric saved the day along with his team mate Juan. Paid for transit of 2 vehicles from CA to TX and transport company nearly left those vehicles “stranded.” Eric immediately understood the urgency and made me feel comfortable and at ease. And I cannot say enough kind things about Juan. He went above and beyond as the two vehicles were non operational. So getting them in the garage was quite a chore. Nothing but kindness, professionalism and courtesy. What an awesome company and team!!!!

Absolutely amazing service !! They came to rescue in record time! I didn’t know location and they went above and beyond to help me figure it out total tree carpet treatment. They had compassion for my situation gave me great guidance and best of all they set me their driver Miguel. He was professional, skilled full of knowledge and self confidence. Miguel did an awesome job taking care of us after a hard hitting pothole on 287 gave us a flat. He arrived earlier than the original estimate and got us to our usual shop within 30 minutes. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Normally I don't leave reviews but these guys are the best tow company I've ever used. Communication was top notch throughout the whole experience and they took care of everything from picking up my car to dropping the keys in the box at the dealership. 10/10 would recommend.

I called after getting a flat tire on the highway in irving and the process was super easy, the price was truly not too bad, the wait time was a bit long but honestly understandable. Im overall impressed how easy it was to escape a nightmare. They did great all around for me, and I highly recommend.
Eriker Towing Service is a great tow company. I've used them 2 times in the last week since I wanted prompt service and got the same driver both times, great guy! I used Eriker Tow instead of my insurance because they are dependable and get the job done quickly and no doubts they know what they're doing. Some people tried stealing my car, so this was an emotional tow for me, thank you for being so kind. By far the fastest tow I have ever had. Arrived within 10 minutes (Grand Prairie). The young men were very proficient and professional. Very affordable. Due to my situation they had to drop the car and come back the next day to tow it to my house and they were very understanding and rescheduled me with no problem. Definitely will be my go to company!
They were very busy on a holiday weekend so it took a bit but I was in no rush. I've used them several times with several vehicles. This one was a 2025 Genisis with a curb blown out tire with so spare so had to be towed. More than reasonable and professional with no damage! Great job guys that's how it's supposed to be. Ty!
I had a rough morning when my car broke down on the side of the highway. The insurance company sent a tow truck from another provider, and unfortunately, the experience was awful — both my car and I were treated poorly.
Later, when I realized the car needed to go to the dealership, I contacted Eriker’s Towing — and they completely restored my faith in tow services. Their communication was excellent, they handled my car with care, and drove cautiously all the way to the dealership. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and more reasonable than other companies I contacted.

Great service. We called a couple places and this company had the quickest response time and lowest price. Guy who came was very professional. They do have you pay ahead which threw us off but it was understandable and they were exactly on time. No issues. Will use them again if I ever need it.
Eriker Towing, overall excellent service. I had called two 24 hour tow companies before, both never answered me. Left them a voicemail and waited 10 min never got a call back. I called Eriker and picked up quickly, price was good he said he’ll be here at this time and sure enough. I needed to get my vehicle to my mechanics shop (not drivable) and with no problems it got done. 100% recommended!!!
