Horrible place, they make it hard to get your car released, they ask for proof that your the registered owner of the vehicle you give them that, then they say they need something from the dealership that shows they owned it or proof of sale from auction. Which is total bs.! They just do whatever they can to make the car stay longer so you gotta pay more to get it back…
First of all, this place & the cop who called my husband’s car to get impound is a total JOKE.
how does a place decide to start putting auction stickers on a vehicle, that is NO WHERE near their property? Just cause the vehicle was on hold or just cause you guys are just a total joke in life??

Got my car stolen and was eventually recovered by these idiots who held it for days on end while I tried to recover it, then when I notified them I’d be out of state they decided to conveniently release my car and charge me for everyday is wasn’t recovered. Screw these imbeciles and I hope their cars are stolen one day.
We came early this morning and the lady who unlocked the chains of the door was so rude. Her approach was very rude, and ugly she could not apologize for the inconvenience. Understanding due to the weather conditions but she did not have to be rude for no reason. Then the guy who pulled up a few minutes ago said 8 am before we were told 10 am. They don’t have it together here.
I had a really rough day between totaling my car and not having anywhere to go and the ladies that work at this tow lot really helped me. I appreciated how nice and cooperative they were with me. Thank you
The paperwork given to the public from city POLICE is incorrect. The flyer says 7am-7pm 7 days a week. But that is incorrect the weekend hours are 8 am-5 pm Mon-Friday 7am-7 pm. There needs to be correct information given out from your city's employees.
