Contacted via telephone for a quote and he told me to text the pick up and drop off addresses. Not even 5 minutes later, he replied. Good quote and he stated that he was available whenever. Called him the next day and he arrived within 15 minutes. Superb service and very dependable. I would highly recommend this guy to anyone, but especially the Grand Prairie area (as they’d prob get there faster).

The tech arrived 15 minutes late. Completed jump start, no issues. Was told Mr Moctezuma would provide a receipt as soon as he received payment via Zelle. Still have not received a receipt. My insurance will not reimburse me without a bill/receipt from provider.
If you’re thinking about calling these people, do it!!! I received help within 20 minutes of calling. Not only are they quick to help but they’re very affordable. I didn’t get the name of the guy that helped me but he was very friendly. 100% would recommend to anyone needing towing services.

Here's the story: I called them the night before to get a quote for a tow for the next morning. I was answered on the 2nd ring (good response time), told them my request & text him 2 different pick up address and one final destination. I was quoted 1 price for both pick spot ( I found that really cool) and they were the lowest I found ( if the other tow company even decides to answer the phone) by at least $50. I didn't even confirm that pick up at that time. I actually called 7:10, needing my car delivered by 8:30, and they still took the call and was they within the 15 minutes AS PROMISED, as well as honored the quote from the night before. I DEFINITELY SEGGUEST THE IF YOUR IN THE GRAND PRAIRIE AREA.
Excellent service! I wish I could give 10 stars! Jorge came very quickly to get a car started after an accident. He then recommended an auto body repair who did an excellent job and got the truck there and back for us quickly. I was able to pay through zelle which made it easy and he's bilingual, huge bonus! Thank you so much! Truly saved the day!
