Very poor service and customer service. They waste your time, make you pay upfront, and then deliver the parts whenever they feel like it, or simply refund your money after so many hours of waiting. Poor customer service. Their service is truly terrible.
I purchased a used Nissan Leaf battery from them. I was told it was from a 2021 Nissan Leaf and that it should be good. After doing a lot of work and spending a lot more money to have it shipped to me and installing it myself, I found out that it had two white bars left of capacity. It is basically a useless battery. I asked for a refund and the manager said no refunds.
Employees are incredibly rude and don’t know what they’re doing. I Have never ran out of a place so fast. Take your business ANYWHERE else. And for the owner, I recommend you hire better people.
Called multiple times, confirmed on parts and price, said I’m omw, only to drive 1hr away and say they don’t have that part. NEVER EVEN HAD IT to begin with. Send me over to different place that “for sure” has it, with same result. Clearly you don’t know what you’re doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THAT IS RAN BY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHO LIE TO YOU!!!!!
Made me aware of similar parts cars arriving for parts that I couldn’t find today. This is the only salvage yard, in my area, that sells European car parts.
Bought a battery from here “as is” took it to autozone and it was a bad battery. Luckily I was only charged .25 cents for it. Guy made a mistake ringing me up. Took the bad battery and my business more down the street bought a battery down the street to Dorado Piston got a battery for the same price I was quoted plus a 3 month warranty.
Always has the parts no one else has in good condition when I need them great staff they treat you with respect and the prices are fair so you don't leave wondering if you got ripped off cause you leave knowing you got a great deal
First time trying this place out. Reasonable pricing and found the crew to be helpful and communicative in ways, the owner and Mahdi mainly. They pulled the part, kept me updated and even helped load up the parts! Happy with the purchase, will come back.
Good place to buy your parts they have best prices in town and they stand over they stuff definitely recommend this place specially with the new management
