These people are thieves, they stole my money, did not give me the part I paid for. For 2 months they fed me lies and ended up costing me a lot more. Do not ever do business with these scammers!! They’re fraudulent literal thieves.

Shady, horrible people, sold me a car claimed everything was good and the title was clean. Turns out, salvage title, loose bolts in ac compressor ate up the timing belt, suspension completely broken and the transmission is being held on by ONE bolt.
Dont waste your time. They make u come they have u waiting looking on parts that been sitting for years. They do not have parts they make u come for. Totally unprofessional
The guy with the tread hair his name is Mike will con you and will hustle you. His promise and his commitment to a customer getting the parts was to hustle you for more money. The man don't keep his words and if you going to buy from them, make sure you have a written or copy receipt what you pay or put down for deposit from them. Please dont waste you time and money to do business there cause they did to me, will give you long story and make you waited for along time cause I couldn't do nothing because he was holding half of my deposit just for the parts to come from an other places. By waiting so long, I miss my appointment from my mechanics to work on my car because he promised the parts will be on time and mind you that I need 5 parts and only got me 2 parts that day which also was not the main important parts to get my car fix. He even complaint that he try so hard to get the parts for me but comment sense would tell him that's what he do for a living is sell parts not giving customers reason/ unnecessary long sad story when your agreement is already broken. Kinda like telling your teacher my dog ate my homework... I do it tomorrow.
It's a little hard to fund but you can find all kinds of accessories for the vehicle you need it for. They have many price choices for your budget. Ask for the choices they have some are at a fair price. Would go again when looking for parts on my vehicle.
The desk clerk OC sold the wrong car part to my brother. He asked him if the headlight would fit a 2017 Nissan Versa. He was sold a 2012 headlight when OC assured it would fit. As a worker in auto parts he trusted his word. The headlight didn’t fit .. when he went back the same clerk was there and he refused to resolve the problem he created. When I called the store to ask for management he was rude! No sense of customer service whatsoever! I couldn’t reach management because this dude is the only one running this place. If I could give this place a 0 star I would ....stay away people or you will get scammed!
Part was good, but no discount for a small tear and one tab missing and another almost broken off. A little too expensive, but at least they had it. Thanks guys.
As with all transactions, it's good to exercise caution and know exactly what you're looking for. 'Buyer Beware' no seller Anywhere will volunteer the bad and ugly. You need to do your own inspection and don't rush.
That being said, the man I struck a deal with was very agreeable and pleasant to talk with.
They try to rip people off , make sure to look up prices of the parts you want before coming here. He tried to sell me 1 USED headlight for 250, same headlight was 120 new somewhere else.
If I could I would give no stars!!!! Bought a engine from them that they stated was in good condition and had 50,000 miles I paid $1,200 for it, I get there to pick it up it needs a bunch of parts and has 70,000 miles. Very rude and would not refund me the money either. Do not get anything from this people!!!!!!!
The guy is nice, but made me wait 3 weeks after he promised 3 days to get the part I needed. He got the same part I looked up on Ebay for 70 bucks (alternative) but I expected the original one, the one I paid 140 bucks for. Feel scammed, Also police gave me a ticket for not having my car OK and waiting so long. Awful experience, hope yours is better!
I went to him for a headlight for my car. He sold me one that was for a 2004-2005. I have a 2008. The bolt on patterns are different although the light itself looks very similar. Now, I cannot get him to answer the phone to even try to get it swapped or refunded. To sum it all up, I had to drive 88 miles to get it because I needed it asap. Then the headlight was more expensive than I could have spent elsewhere. I am really feeling Like he got over on me.
Please Do not Go to this place I paid $320 for two parts I took one part back worth the most of the two parts to explain how the part was not any good or for the make and model of the vehicle I bought the part for and he asked if I could give him some time to call his employee who sold me the part and I told the owner it was probably best I go and pick up the part I bought and left there while he spoke to his employee. I trusted this Nigerian owner and now he says if I were to go and pick up my part I purchased and left there he would call the police. These are internal issues within this business and not an issue with a customer who purchased parts. This is theft. Now he says I cannot go and pick it up because he threatens to call the police. Please do not trust him he is not a trustworthy business man. This is so unfair I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
