Great place the guys in the shop they get to work done the shop will work with you and figure it out if you need them to come to you they got them vehicles and if you got a truck and a trailer needs fixed bag it all up to the shop I recommend using them
We took our semi-truck and trailer to HG with a bent wheel. I explained to them we were in between loads and only had an hour or so. Stressed with rates dropping and trying to make insurance this week. Their mechanic and parts guy got together and sold us a PERFECT USED NICELEY painted wheel and were able to to salvage our tire. Customer service is ok But the mecanic Name Alfaro G Reyes I took my truck for clutch adjusted and he couldn't do anything because He charged me $60.00 dollar only for 5 minutes When you go here guys check price whit the mecanic before sign anything because they put there prices I hope never comeback here again bad experience staring whit the entrance Good luck guys
GREAT hourly shop rate and they get the job done right the first time! Very fast, honest, and dependable. The prices are very very reasonable. They work with you and that is what made my experience so GREAT. The mechanic lets you know everything you want/need to know. Just do yourself a favor and get your truck fixed at HG, love love love this repair shop.
They are not friendly and give poor service.My truck sat in their bay for 2 hours without anyone doing an inspection.Then when I said something,they told me that my truck failed the inspection without the proper inspection.They added several other problems wrong with my truck on the paperwork.They are sorry!!!! I will never go back here again!
