I needed a tow to the dealership. I randomly called KB Towing. I didn’t get any names, but the man who answered the phone was very professional. He said it would be around 30 minutes before someone would be there. To my surprise, less than 15 minutes later, the driver called and said he was in my alley. It was like he was waiting for me to call! At any rate, when he got here, he wanted to see what the car was, or was not, doing. To my shock, and embarrassment, my car started. They charged me a fair fee for a cancellation, but I appreciated their quickness and professionalism. I highly recommend KB Towing.
I use KB towing everytime I need a tow, they always look out and are great people. Juan, Arturo and I forgot the other drivers name but each one of them always helped me move whatever I need and were cool folks like family. Salute! 💯
