DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This towing company towed my vehicle from the dealership to my home and caused front end damage to my vehicle. Not to mention that the driver brought me someone else’s vehicle first, then had to take it back and get mine. After they damaged my vehicle they refused to give me their insurance information and has been giving me the runaround ever since. The manager, Hannah, will avoid you at all costs when they’re liable. Their driver,Ali, is incompetent and will damage your vehicle. I’m still trying to get my vehicle fixed from the damage they’ve caused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You’ll regret it! Yes, that’s the driver in the pictures trying to assess the damage he caused when lowering my vehicle. They’ve sent me through hell and it’s unreal!
These guys were called out to the by the city of Dallas to tow our company truck. It had been siting on the side of the street for a few days. Do to the property where is parked at had issues with pavement repairs. I understand the city had place a red towing sticker a few days prior. But right as we had our mechanic getting our truck started to pull it around the building to its original parking place. The tow company arrived with a heavy duty truck. They decide to charge us a 1000.00 to tow the truck right around the corner. They gave us 3 different prices. They were very disrespectful with my mechanic and office manager. We have used their service more then 5 times and referred them to other business partners. But do to their greediness and professionalism. I will make sure to let all of my business partners and other company's i do business with to NOT USE THESE GUYS AT ALL!!! Also make sure they tow your truck safe since they are careless about your property.
