Worst place to come the guys with the goat car they all have horrible attitudes and the women in the front desk as well do not come here they don’t appreciate truck drivers in just letting u know

The worst company to work with . I recommend all my truck drivers family. Don't pick their loads and don't drop theirs load. Very un professional very rude staff and they charge lumper fees from me for 10 pallets $400/= even i am on time check in and some other drivers they charge even $600 lumper fee. So this is highway robbery if you making money with this company to pickup and drop off you wrong thinking my brothers and sisters in trucking industry. You are going to lose money
I had a small local run in TX, only few pallets but I got loaded late so my 11 am delivery was nearly impossible. My broker told me as long as I can be there by 12:00 - 12:30 I should have no problem. I was very concerned about all this but in fact they took almost right away and I was empty in 2 hours. Lumper was around $150 which is hefty for few pallets.
Never, ever accept a freight from this place. Besides being extremely rude, this place is chaos. You'll waste a lot of time, and it'll be a nightmare, especially if you arrive on a Friday.
Upon Checkin: Lady in office handed me a gate pass sheet to fill out. She gave me a scowl look and huffed her breath like I am interrupting her working on the computer. Mam, I just showed up to the window and stood there without attitude or tapping on the window. Patiently waiting for you. I’m sorry your life sucks.
4 hours Later:
TW lumpers service has a bunch of rude girls working their area. After unload process - trailer empty, I went to them to ask if I needed to pay a lumper fee.
Me: Hey I’m in door….
The young lady’s interruption response: Did I call you sir?
Me: No but I’m trying to help your process.
Her, as she walks off: Wait for me to call you.
I read all the horrible reviews about rude people and long waits. Well I signed at 0500 with a 0900 appointment. Yes I did have to wait a couple hours, but I was in a door within 30 min. So not really that bad, as far as thr ladies being rude. It just looked like they were extremely busy? The only reason I only gave 3 stars, is the night security were kinda jerks..but honestly I'd come back.
I got there a hour early before apt.@10am just for 2 pallets that were Half the size. 5hours later finally got the bills plus thy charge me $95 restack! No way my load tipped! FML check your load before docking.
My unload time was 6:00 AM.
I checked in at 5:20 AM — nice and early, like a good soldier.
It’s now 12:30 PM… and I’m still sitting here like a forgotten Amazon package.
At this point, I think I deserve rent for the dock spot...
I would love to give them a negative star like 10 negative Stars there's no parking at all for trucks God forbid you have a question for anyone in the receiving office cuz they don't have time for you and this is to anybody of any race of any job in this country if you are not able to be of any help to the people that you are supposed to be there at your job helping please find something else to do in life

Man where do I even begin with this place, horrible, horrible, horrible. They don’t care for a drivers appointment time, you will wait for a long time to get a dock and even longer to get unloaded and get your BOL. The two ladies (Black American and Hispanic I think Mexican) have the worst attitude. They are both unhelpful and ignore you or are unwilling to provide answers to simple questions. They are unprofessional, rude and seem to either hate truck drivers or their jobs. Either way they should not be the ones interacting with drivers. The only positive note regarding this place is the security guards that check you in are professional and respectful. I will never deliver to this location again and I advise other drivers to do the same. Look at all the previous Google reviews of this facility and you will see drivers mentioning the same issues from years back. And it seems like no one in management care to fix the issues or maybe don’t care to read Google reviews. Anyways drivers you have been WARNED DO NOT waste your time delivering here. Peace and safe travels to you all.

Guess it waa lunch time, young hispanic lady was busy distributing chicken wings and fries.I get it stomach first...dah
When she was done serving her co hungry workers told her my door #.
She said rudely not ready.
I tried telling her I got a call but she wasnt hearing it.
Later at 13:20 this other lady came and asked how come I hadnt gotten my pprwork.
I told her I had been to get my stuff but they were busy worrying about eating their chicken and fries.
So I lost my load becoz of food.
No respect for truckers at all.
Funny thing nothing will change.
No overnight parking!!! if u show up before 5am you will be told to leave even though there are signs saying u can park 2hrs before appointment google maps are not upto date cause those signs arent on google maps i had a 6am appointment they got me right in a dock by 515am and departed by 6am
Rudest personnel I have ever encountered while delivering loads… and it’s not a one time coincidence been here 3 different seasons and different years…. So benefit of doubt came and went… starting at the gate with the guards… it’s bewildering to me that somehow all that people that just plain and simple hate to work seemed to have gathered all in one place.
Very disrespectful, so I pull up to the guard shack to check in but this guard just sat there eating his food looking right at me so I'm thinking do I have to go inside to check in so I proceeded to go past the guard shack so I can go check in and I get stop by the yard dog and they're saying I need to go back to go check in with the guards so I walk back over there to go check in and he proceeded to yell at me be disrespectful and I'm like sir I'm in this big truck I stopped I look right at you and you did not say anything so I proceeded to go in and he started to get angry and raising his voice so I asked him do you want to argue or do you want to check me in and I told him you saw me stop because me and you locked eyes and I was looking at you eat your food but you did not say nothing to me. Very rude and unprofessional.
SO SLOW TRUCKERS, have other loads to pick up and deliver. Taking 5 hours to unload 8 pallets 10k pounds is not ok. I've to give my next load away because of the 5 hours sitting here. The 5 hours cost ME not the company $600. The company is still getting the next load.
The only thing good about checking in in this place is the guard shack go past there good luck then 8 1/2 hours for half a load. My appointment was for 6 AM. They said I missed it. I got my arrival time was at 5:15 this morning. Still here is 2 PM. Still waiting on paperwork. Everyone stay away from this place is a joke.
Arrived at 7 AM for a 9 AM appointment… Was given a dock door at 8:55 AM, but after waiting 6 hours here and a $242 lumper fee… It seems that all the previous reviews are spot on… I get paid salary so if I drive 50 miles or 500 miles a day it doesn’t matter to me, but I used to run for mileage, and it sucks having to wait forever. Safety vest required, and lots of patience…

I was given a door right away, right now is 6:15 am and I am leaving this review while checking out at security guards Shack. Everybody is polite in here, from check in to check out.

I got here about 3:00 a.m. my appointment time is at 8:00 a.m. I am check in and back into a dock 44 already at 5:55 am. Security gard came knocking on drivers doors it's time to wake up and check in about 5:10 a.m. very sweet security guard woman and male very friendly very helpful its my first time here and WOW in super fast gave me a door super fast now I'm going to go lay down because now I'm just waiting for them to offload four pallets and I'm so happy the process went really good I read a lot of the reviews and people were very unhappy with this place but for ME I'm so very happy less than an hour I'm checked in and dock in door 44. I'm a happy camper when I got here I definitely had room on the side to park which was great yard jockey guy was super nice he even pulled out a trailer for me so I can easy back into a spot to check in at receiving office very nice and helpful and cute hello but overall very pleased with this place I thought it was going to be a nightmare but actually it turned out to be absolutely great experience here.Thank you US. Dear drivers!
Pease, avoid this place. Reasons:
1. Firstly, you have been waiting for a long time to be allowed into the place.
2. Secondly, it takes a long time to unload, and it is the biggest problem to get paperwork.
3. It takes more time to receive paperwork than the unloading load!
Asked my dispatch never to come here again for any money
Very bad experience.
