After my vehicle was impounded when I got the vehicle back it my car was completely trashed. Other than that I’m posting this to inform and warn yall about your belongings inside your vehicles. I had an expensive golf club in there that was taken from someone. This place wouldn’t provide and information to find out who or if I could get it back. All she told me was to file a complaint. She mentioned who ever got my car didn’t matter and I didn’t say anything till days later so it didn’t matter. I don’t think I’ll ever get my stuff back but raised concern on if this happens to a lot of other people.
Newborn babies subjected to second hand smoke. Employees (sweetheart deal operators of some private towing company) not pretending to be public employees. Poorly maintained lot. “It’s on row 4 the next row back” which is actually the 1st row directly outside the trailer. Obviously I don’t have enough experience to properly rate a city auto pound. They accept exact change only. They do not accept checks. Three percent is added to credit card transactions. Pro tip- Bring your rain boots even on the driest of days. I am giving five stars because they have grandchildren to support and I don’t want to hinder that.
Just called the lady that is working 12/25 to 12/26, and she was so rude and very condescending. My friends husband got in an accident and was worried about him and her truck.
Lady behind the counter does not care if you are on fire and the fire extinguisher is in your car, if you don't have the property release records, consider yourself ashes!
Hours are wrong on google. They are open 24/7 they never close. May want to call and confirm on holidays. If the cities are going to tow our cars and fine us for it, THE LEAST they could do is drive it onto a decent PAVED parking lot if we are PAYING FOR STORAGE. NOT a bunch of rocks.
