I needed brakes really bad it was long over Due and also needed a few other things done on my truck Jose was a good guy and made sure I got the front wheel alignment and 2 new tires the work was done the right way and everything came out like I expected it to if you are looking for a good local mechanic in the Garland area overall all the mechanics were great also great customer service thanks to you guys I'm back on the road.
I’m new to the area and had to do a little research. Coincidentally as I was looking for a mechanic I was referred to this location twice and saw that it had rave reviews. So I brought my car in . When I got there the computer system was down which allowed me to have a long in-depth conversation with a faithful longtime customer. The customer began to
to go in depth and genuine conversation on how he found the shop, why he & his entire family brings their car here as well,. He elaborated why no one else will touch their vehicle. After the long talk I knew I was at the right place. Once the convo was over the computer system regained its function! God works in mysterious ways. The manager and I had a heart to heart! Reb was knowledgeable, patient and he knew exactly what was needed. I’m a woman customer that happens to be a tough cookie! He listened to me closely and made sure I was pleased and we were on the same page. He fixed my car at a fair rate with efficiency and he made recommendations for future maintenance ELITE is my sole repair shop and they are stuck with me!
I took my car here to see if they could switch out a part for me . I was told the part didn’t fit . & I was told that the part I wanted switched out was in horrible shape . I was charged $400 ($380) for him (Angel) to tell me that he couldn’t do anything . I went and got a second opinion & was told that the cat converter was not the problem at all . It was something else . I feel like this shop is shady & only out for money instead of actually figuring out what the real issue is with cars they come in contact with . I wouldn’t recommend this place .
I highly recommend Elite. I had my transmission oil checked & a new compressor put in & it was done & no issues at all. My car is running great. I also had him check it ahead & he did it, he recommended me to a place for the parts & it all worked out. He made my experience great & no hassle & did not take advantage of a woman. Most mechanics will give a woman hell or rip them off. Joseph did not do that & I so appreciate his hard work ethic & honesty. Ladies if you need a honest good mechanic come here.

I went in on a Sunday morning expecting to change my alternator because Autozone checked it and said it was bad. Then I explained the issue I was having with the mechanic and he troubleshoot it and it was just a loose connection at the battery all along. This saved me about 700 bucks!! Honest and good people here!
I recently had my inspection done here and asked a gentleman at checkout if future work could be possible for my year of vehicle. The man at the front spoke like a manager that truly cared about getting people in there for business. He let me know that they would definitely be able to work on it anytime. Today at 9am, I call to make an appointment to have my thermostat replaced and my wipers fixed. I was told my vehicle was too old and they wouldn’t be able to work on it. Make it make sense.
Great place and fair prices! I've been coming to this shop for years now and they are always honest and fair when it comes to price they also do a great job of not selling me things my car doesn't need.

I brought my car in with tires to have them put on my vehicle and started speaking with Joseph. The fee to rotate and balance was a bit higher than usual but that was the "shop fee" not Joseph's, which I had already agreed with; we started talking and I liked him immediately. I got to speak to him about my two other cars and I'm so convinced after speaking...and the work he did on my car, I'll be brining him all three of my other cars
I can’t say enough about this repair shop. The manager and mechanics are friendly, polite and helpful. I’ve tried other repair shops, but the prices were outrages, or they would try fixing things on the car that weren’t an issue. This shop is totally the opposite- they listen to the customer, troubleshoot the issue, and always look for the best price when it comes to parts. If you want QUALITY and FAST Service, this is your shop. They have won my loyalty as a customer!!
Elite Auto Center & Tires provided efficient and professional service during my recent visit for a vehicle inspection. Despite a busy schedule with multiple cars ahead of mine, they managed to complete my inspection in less than 15 minutes. The staff demonstrated extensive knowledge and guided me through the inspection process. Their friendliness and professionalism stood out.
The waiting area, while basic, was adequately equipped with essential amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Elite Auto Center & Tires for their prompt and reliable service.
I had a flat about 40 miles from home. They were
able to accommodate me with only a ten minute wait. The repair itself
took only about 12 minutes, and they charged me $15. This place is also bilingual. I was very pleased with their service.
They were amazing. I went there for a couple of tires and an alignment and most shops would try to upsell me just because I'm a woman but they told me exactly what I needed and what I didn't and they were very nice, super honest, and customer service was excellent all the way around! I will be going back next time I need an alignment or tire services!!!

I think Joseph needs a vacation. We took our truck in for brake hose repair. Everything was going well until we ask about how long will it take he responded it was just a matter of finding the right hose. We proceed to ask if it was possible not to leave it at the end at this point he cuts off and got upset and ask his worker to take the truck lut of the bay and walk away to take a other car into the bay. Basically, he kicked us out of his shop. What a great way to tell us that he dosent wanted us as clients. I do not recommend this place due to lack of professionalism!
Jose was of great help to me making things go as smoothly as possible with a few minor inconveniences on my part. Couldn’t ask for a better experience from walking in, till leaving. Would recommend Elite Auto Center to anyone who would like a magnificent job done whether it be breaks or anything else. the prices are quite nice as well for the labor that’s done!
These gentlemen are extremely thorough and efficient. I came in with a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander for an alignment and 2 tires. They started immediately and after 20 minutes I was done. The manager did everything, both 4 tire alignment and changed 2 tires all for $200. He gave me a deal because normally the price would be $150, and typically the tires would have been over $100. He did everything for $200, and it was expedient service. Thank you guys so much for your work
Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Elite Auto Center gained another customer. I will not take my car anywhere else because not only did they did a fantastic job on my car repair, they also made me feel comfortable.
They were amazing and not expensive at all. I had a lot of issues I was not aware of, and they took it in the day I was ready and returned it back the next day. They work on your vehicle as soon as you give them the green light. Getting it fixed from them saved me money from buying another one.
I've been coming here for probably close to a decade if not more, brought multiple cars over the years. They have consistently provided quality service, fast labor, and very reasonable pricing throughout all of that time. The owner has always run a very tight shop and it shows in all aspects of their work. You won't regret giving them your business over a major chain!
Let me preface this by saying that his reviews are not authentic nor contain any validity as there is a sign at the front desk that takes $20 off services over $100 for a 5-star review. it’s pretty apparent reading the reviews left on this page that his past customers were enticed to do just that.
I stopped by to have my brakes looked at, thinking I needed new brake pads. He took the car for a 5min drive around the block and propped it up to have a better look. He examined my car for maybe 20 mins but I waited over an hr for this because he was on the phone arguing with a vendor.
He returned and told me I needed to have 2 major repairs totaling about $950. I was caught by surprise and quite skeptical so at this point, I was done waiting in an area smaller than my bathroom swarming with mosquitoes.
He gave me the quote and asked me to fill out my name and phone number and sign at the bottom which I did and was ready to leave when he told me that the diagnostic fee was $100. I was never told of this and he said that if I did not want the repair, $100 was due today. Never was this once mentioned before he began to examine my car.
He took the paper with the estimate back and wrote "$100 diagnostic" to an already signed sheet, making it look like my signature was affirming all 3 charges. You can see it was added on using a different pen.
At this point, I can see he is becoming hostile and felt cornered with no option but to pay. To avoid a scene, I did but cannot help but feel guilty as I was coerced and belied out of $100.
I needed service on a Sunday and they were opened. I pulled up, described my issue, and they immediately started working. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
