Zee was our technician and arrived earlier than the quoted time. He was professional and efficient. He even sent a video of my vehicle delivered to the service center. Would recommend using Zee and S&J towing.

My truck wouldn't get out of 5th gear. I Called my roadside they sent S&J the driver contacted me and told me how long until arrival. He got here was respectful and polite and was efficient and fast. Thank you S & J for responding to my insurance carrier to come help me!!

For it being the first time we needed towing service, the service was amazing! Driver Zee arrived in less than the time we had been told! Overall amazing driver, great personality and would give him 10 stars if i could!
I had gotten roadside assistance through my phone service. They said they were at the location for pick up but were 10 minutes away when I called them to confirm. Then they said that my coverage was for 23 miles, not 25 miles, and I would need to pay $120 more. This is absurd. My roadside coverage covered 10 miles and I paid 13 miles for $82, so for 2 miles more they wanted $120. Typical tow truck rip off tactics.
My car died on me while driving, and the tow truck driver Zee was very personable, knows good mechanics and is a great driver! I fully recommend these guys
I want to give a shout out to S&J towing!! I had been waiting over three hours for a different tow company to show up for me. I finally canceled and called S&J. They arrived within 15 minutes!!! They towed my car from my doctor’s appointment in Carrollton to my home as requested … a 45 minute drive. The guys were great! Professional, friendly and even offered insight as to what might be the problem with my vehicle. I recommend them 100%!!
Zee was very helpful with getting my truck towed! Even tho there was a slight mixup with the drop off location, he got it sorted out and taken to the correct shop.
Just had a driver pass me doing 65 in a 45 on loop 288 in Denton. He then got stuck at a light so I asked him why he needed to go so fast, if there was an emergency through such a densely populated area, he proceeded to curse and flip me off. I’d rather push my vehicle than use this garbage towing service.
Great and fast response time came without hesitation and very experienced driver assisted in a winch job removing non running car from trailer into a parking spot at mechanic shop.
Showed up faster than expected. Handled a tricky situation with a car in a garage in a tight alley but handled it like pros. Great communication and great service. Would recommend.

I requested a tow thru Urgently , a roadside service provided by UBER at 12:00 pm Saturday May 24th . S AND J picked up the request at 12:10 am , at 1:30 am I contacted S AND J , and requested at ETA , after the app I was using stated the provider had arrived , and clearly they had not arrived. It is now 2:55 am , and no one has arrived after Mohammed with S and J stated 3 different times they were on their way , each time giving a 45 min ETA. Would not recommend this company.
Was assigned this company through TCA my tire wheel warranty. Was told they would be there in 65 minutes and over 2 1/2 hours later still no showed. Would not answer my calls, sent them straight to voicemail. I would not recommend them to anyone.
These guys were fast. I didn’t have to worry about what was going to happen next with my car. Patrick was very polite and detailed and seemed very experienced. He explained all possible scenarios before, during, and after pickup. I highly recommend S and J towing.
Worst experience and if you can go with a different tow company. My vehicle was towed and damaged by the tow truck driver who broke my window. Only went through them because that’s who i was assigned to by AAA. The driver immediately claimed responsibility as i stood right there and watched him break the window, it took them 2 days before they even would answer my phone calls about repairing the window and this is of course after I filed a complaint to AAA. They did reimburse me for paying for my own window to get fixed but also told me i have 3 free tows. I unfortunately needed to get a tow 3 months later and after calling all day i finally got someone who was the manager, i let them know i needed a tow and they told me i only have 7 miles and would have to pay out of pocket for anything further, which they did not initially tell me. After a little push back with the manager he hung up in my face and i’m sure blocked my number because i can’t reach out to them anymore. Avoid if you can and if not just record to keep yourself safe they will not claim responsibility unless they have too and don’t keep their word.
AAA service with S&J Towing Service are very professional and courteous, as soon as my good friend Momo pulled up asked me out the back how was I doing and cared about how was my day going. Momo knows what his doing and I highly recommend him to any of my friends and family members. Keep up the good work MOMO!!!
