On the scene exceptional customer service by Ben that knows exact what he’s doing and how to handles rush hour traffic as well. Josh was was very attentive to details as well! Theses guys make you feel appreciated that you chose them and I suggest you use them too!

I tried to call and inquire about towing an RV. The customer service rep informed me that they no longer do that. I let her know the website advertises that service, and she responded that the website is really old. When I, also a customer service agent, informed her that they may want to reach out to their IT people and update the website, she rudely said "Thanks for calling Hollywood Towing" and then hung up. False advertisement is a crime, Karen. And so is your attitude.
I has to leave a one star due to the horrible customer service they have as the person hung up on me twice and put me on hold and when asked to speak to supervisor said their was none . Do not recommend
We used this company to tow a semi truck. Professional and timely service. They did not over charge for the service. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you!
If I could give this less then a star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. It’s the second time I call them and both times they gave me attitude for no reason and left me on hold for several minutes. It’s time to get rid of this girl and get someone more professional.
DO NOT use Hollywood Towing. When calling their phone number, I was put in contact with Lynn. She was extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful, leaving me on hold for several minutes and returning to the phone speaking to me with extreme attitude for absolutely no reason. I was referred to Hollywood Towing by an extremely professional automotive repair shop. I had let Lynn know the repair shop would take care of the billing, and the towing charges would be paid for at the time of pick-up/once all services had been rendered. In order to confirm form of payment, Lynn requested the repair shop reach out to her directly, and she mentioned she could not get in touch with them. However, I had called the body shop three times within the hour, and the phone was professionally answered every single time. Understanding Lynn was very busy, and in order to help facilitate the conversation between Hollywood Towing and the body shop, I reached out the the repair shop directly and merged the calls between the two companies. As soon as the calls were merged, Lynn immediately hung up the phone. Her actions were absolutely absurd, and even the repair shop was shocked at the poor experience (as she was also rude to the repair shop professional). Please keep in mind having to be towed is a stressful situation, and should be taken more seriously by Hollywood Towing/Lynn/their customer service. It should be noted the repair shop has a current contract with Hollywood Towing and was astonished at the service received.
Best towing company in Garland. They showed up in 20min and made us feel safe by putting cones on the road where we broke down. Thanks Hollywood towing.
This place allowed an individual who had absolutely nothing to do with the ownership of my RV to rummage through my vehicle and basically steal almost everything I own( with no basic bill if sale, title, etc).I also know for a fact that they unlocked the doors and left them unlocked (Once again allowing for theft by employees and outside parties). This situation has been an absolute nightmare and this is just the tip of the iceberg!!!
I do not recommend anyone to use Hollywood towing very unprofessional the young lady perry is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE been sitting on side of the rode since 1 they said they will be to me at 5 and now they saying tomorrow wow and was rude about it I hope one day perry get stuck on side the road and no one help here so she can see how it feel smh I wish I could give zero stars
Just had my truck picked up by a driver named Michael. Fantastic gentleman with knowledge and full capability in his trade. When a company hires men like this who set the standard of quality and professionalism, they will forever receive my buisiness. Outstanding service from first call to final minute. Your wrecker driver should be fired for the way they drive. Ran me off onto the shoulder of the road and then didn't stop to see if i was alright. They were doing 90 mile an hour to get away from me! No lights on either.
Needed to book a wrecker for a truck of mine, but instead was treated extremely rudely and hung up on. The thing is that she said they had a wrecker available! Would never recommend this company EVER!!
I wouldn't want them towing my car when their driver was extremely aggressive in bumper to bumper traffic and about broadsided both me and the car behind me because he didn't feel like waiting his turn to enter the flow of traffic. Also drove over a solid line to pass merged traffic. Very dangerous driver, let alone put him behind the wheel of a large vehicle. If he's that reckless why would he care what happens to the vehicle in tow?
Hollywood Towing goes above and beyond in their care of their customers. They make every effort to insure customer satisfaction. The employees there were helpful and patient and got the job done in a timely and professional way. I HIGHLY recommend them.
