my boyfriend just called for towing in this morning. He was so stressed about his car and the guy on the phone called him “ dumbass” ??. the worst service i’ve ever seen!!!
Zee just was all around stellar. Ensured I was taken care of from beginning to end, responsive, communicative, patient and even accommodated me when I needed to handle multiple things at once and waited for me while I got things taken care of.
Horrible customer service. Was told 30 minutes for a tow. Am still waiting and it's been almost 1.5 hours. They charged my card before the driver is even here. I then call the office to talk to who I originally spoke to and he will not answer. Either puts me on hold or transfers my call to the driver. Poor customer service to not speak to your customers after you charged their card before the tow has even occurred. Regret utilizing them. I could have had another company already complete the tow.
I would definitely recommend this towing company, and if I ever need their services again, will be using 10-4. Isaac was very kind and patient when I needed a quote for towing, and Buju was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and also kind during the pick up process. They made the whole ordeal fast and painless, and were very communicative even down to what was actually wrong with my car. 10/10.
I was left stranded on the side of the road due to a broken serpentine belt, and 10-4 Tow of Garland was able to send a driver my way promptly.
The price was great compared to other rates in the Dallas Area.
The driver that arrived was careful with my vehicle, even if it was an old beater like mine, and was warm and friendly when he arrived.

I suggest considering other companies before choosing this one. After my transaction, the charge appeared under a generic name, not the company's name. They billed me $214 for just 4.4 miles. Keep in mind, I called at 9:07 am, but the driver didn't arrive until 11:28 am. Today, I called for another tow, and they're asking for $120 for 7.7 miles. My advice: steer clear of this company!
