DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! These people are straight up liars. Quote one price, I drive an 1hr to come pick up the part, they doubled the price once I arrived. COMPLETE TRASH, GREED WILL BE YOUR DEMISE!!
They are rip offs don't stand behind nothing they sent me a engine that had tons of broken parts could not run it till I spent more money on exter parts they took my money never would answer nothing I'm in the process of suing every one don't buy shit from this company they sell engine with increct miles
I am extremely disappointed with this business. One of the staff members couldn’t even make up her mind about the percentage of the refund we were entitled to. We were given a terrible transmission, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they still refuse to issue the remaining $300 refund we are owed. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Has not honored warranty of faulty engine. Changed number, does not respond to emails and refuses to send replacement engine or refund. I have already contacted the Attorney General for this foul business practice.
This guy Ray Ray told me that he had a quality light and the light was in good condition the light had two main brackets on the inside that was broken that was very important that hold the light and he sold me the light anyway did not tell me that the light brackets was broken and $425 is what I paid for the light the light was unusual I could not use the light I had family to bring the light from Dallas to Shreveport we didn't know the light didn't have the brackets he didn't say he didn't tell us but I returned the light when my family went back to Dallas and he charged me $106 for restocking fee for me giving the light back I thought that was so unfair for him sell it to me and it was damaged in no brackets to mount it and he knew that but he sold it anyway and he sent me a photo and it only showed the front of the light but in the beginning he told me the light was in good condition and he lied to me
These people are amazing! They go above and beyond to help you. The owner cares about each person that walks in the door.
I’m a single mother and was very nervous about going to an auto parts yard/mechanic places. They were very honest and friendly.
They didn’t have the part unfortunately. But he helped me look around for it.
That is amazing in my book, bc most people would have just stopped at we don’t have it.
I will be coming back and I have even told church members about this place.

COMPLETE GARBAGE I paid $2200 for a working used 5.7 got it put it in and there was water coming from the muffler. And they want me to fork out another $600 to send it back. Customer service was no help at all. They sent a motor that couldnt run and swear that it was running when it left. Any idiot would know it didn't run. Their a rippoff!
I bougt a car from this place. They were honest and didn't attempt to hide any of the car's issues. Raymond was good dealing with and was reasonable on the price. He even made sure the car had a good battery so I could have a good test drive and make it home ok. I will be buying from here again.
I called for a part and the first time the lady put me on hold and left me for about 10 minutes then hung up and when i called again she had an attitude
ordered a transmission from them for 1400 dollars with a 2 year warranty ran for about a month been trying to get them to warranty it for three months with no luck
This place is a joke. You talk to him on the phone they "you a price. You go down there in that price is no good. This is like the 3rd time it's happened at this yard I am done with this place buyer beware go somewhere else
"Quality" ain't wrong in this case. I told them I wanted a certain part and they were happy to let me go get it as salvage yards SHOULD be. They let me wander around the lot with my tools grabbing parts from multiple cars. This is how all yards should work, I'm looking at you AAA AUTO SALVAGE. OH and the prices were lower than I've ever seen anywhere, no lie. GO GET YOUR PARTS PEOPLE TELL 'EM I SENT YA.
Excellent yard! Come here if you're looking for older specialty parts. He's one of the few yards with older 50s and 60s cars and trucks. I suggest coming during the fall or winter when the brush isn't as heavy. I didn't get anything today but I will be back.
DONT DO IT......I brought an alternator and specifically ask 3 times for a 90amp. The paperwork reflect the right amp, however the part was 140 amp. I took the part back for a refund after purchasing a brand new one. Juan stated he didn’t believe they gave the wrong part, but the vin# was on the part and paperwork. How is that’s possible? The sticker on the part stated 140 amps and the paperwork again displayed what I requested 90 amps. Juan stated only a store credit can be provided, I felt they were responsible for giving me the wrong part and a store credit was not acceptable. I was out of pocket for two alternators at this point with a store credit that I may never use. Juan specially was rude, did not listen and asked to bring the old part to prove they gave the wrong one. Well when you buy a new part at Auto zone you turn the old one in for the core charge. I didn’t have the old one Juan. The owner really need to revisit the refund policy when the employees are responsible for providing the wrong parts.

Thank you guys for helping me out. Called last week and they were courteous and kind, they actually delivered the part I needed (a transmission) all the way to Fort Worth (about 40 miles from the Salvage), totally satisfied, responsible and professional service, thank you!
They have the worse service ever. I ordered an engine on the 11/28. They told me everyday that it was shipped and as of today 12/4 it still was not shipped and told me that they will not be rushed. I lost my customer and I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Not only did they not ship out my part they was rude as hell about it to. They do not know the right way to do business. We as business understand things happens but being rude did not make it better. I would guess again before buying from this place. You will never get a straight answer nor your product that you ordered.
