I give them a one star because underwarranty on my transmission the third gear synchro is Going Out I contacted them to let them know what was happening and they told me I needed to send the transmission to them within 2 weeks my problem was I had a shoulder issue and needed a couple of months to heal. I did not know I would have a 2 week time frame to do this in and and it's not noted in their warranty information they told me because I didn't send it within the 2 weeks after I notified them that they wouldn't warranty it this is wrong nowhere in their warranty does it state that they would do this So personally I would not buy a
transmission from them and I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau to let them know. THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF ME FOR WARRANTY.
Purchased a cylinder head from them. Within 95 days and 6000 miles the camshaft failed. They take zero responsibility. My guess is cheap Chinese parts during a time when Stellantis has a major parts shortage. Buyer beware.
I purchased what they claimed was a new 7.3 Ford engine. After it was delivered my mechanic noticed the oil filler tube was from a van and when he drained the oil it looked like milk. The engine was full of water. I then called them providing this information with pictures. They claimed that the engine could have been out of a ford vehicle with less than 100 miles which they classified as new. He indicated the water was from pressure washing the engine with the exhaust manifolds off the engine, then he gave me an additional 30 day warranty. As the engine was already installed in the truck I did not take it out and return. Now 9 months later the engine is blown and they refuse to honor the warranty. I was deceived by falsely thinking I was getting a new engine when I actually got a used engine. I would never recommend doing any business with this company.
Person said the motor I had was cracked. I came home removed the part the person stated the crack was under to reveal no crack. Called to tell them they said wasnr willing to take a second look at it. Seems to me they just aren't as smart as they claim to be. Wouldn't sell them dirt after that experience. Waste of time completely.
Horrible customer service. Placed an eBay order and cancelled within 2 min due to wrong item. They denied the cancellation 3 days later! Will be disputing this with my bank, screw you.
Went over to get some parts for my car doing a LS swap I was explaining to the guy what I needed he just be little me extremely rude this man Leo should not be in customer service whatsoever
I purchased a remanufactured 5.7 hemi short block through ebay for my 2012 charger. I assembled the engine and found that the pistons were hitting the heads. I took it to an engine shop and they told me it had the wrong pistons. They are for a pre 2009 engine. I tried to contact them through ebay and got no response. The next day all record of the purchase was completely gone from ebay. I emailed them directly and got no response. Stay away from this place, they just take the money and run.
Just an FYI. Be careful of any purchase from this place. Vehicle transmitter led directly to this business after it was stolen. I was never able to locate the vehicle.
The 243 heads i bought look really good... Light deburring will be needed, but no broken exhaust studs to deal with. These heads are very clean and milled. They are blasted.. Not painted
Bought two sets of 241 LS heads from them on eBay back in December/January of 2022. They were perfect and gave me no issues during installation. I put the car back together in May, and I'm about 6500 miles into the rebuild now without any hiccups.
Make sure you're competent or using a competent shop to do your engine, a lot of the bad reviews sound like installer error to me. I could not have been happier with the parts, especially at the price.
Update 12/21/2023: 16k miles on the heads since I installed them and she's still running great.
They are friendly staff, load You really fast and let You out ASAP, the trick is to get in here and backup with a 53' trailer, skills are put to the test in this place, in and out in 35 min
I hadn't been there in years so I didn't know what to expect, so I pulled in with a couple of V8 hemi engine cores to sell and was very pleased with the payment. The guys moved quick and knew their stuff.
Bought 2 fully loaded 5.4 3 valve cyllinder heads. Truck ran a week and dropped a valve into the cyllinder causing major damage. They wouldn't warranty their work or even help me with any discounts on another head. Must happeripoff. They offered to sell me another head again at full price. Poor customer service and ripoffs.
BUYER BEWARE! I bought a set of Ford gt40p heads for my truck, had them installed and the truck wasn’t firing on two cylinders. Closer look showed they were warped! Even set them to our local machine shop to confirm. Sent them back to bishop where Jason sent me a new set of heads. So I had to pay another $1600 in labor to have them installed. He said he would help out with the cost for the new heads to be installed once his machinist confirmed they were bad. Ironically after he confirmed he received the heads he has not answered or returned any of my calls or voice mails. I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone hell else in the company either, I have tried several times. I am out a lot of money and time because of this and they don’t seem to care or want to make it right. It’s absolutely absurd. I’ll remove the review if they have the decency to call me back.

Here we go again.
I purchased a "reman" engine from these people and it was ANYTHING BUT REMAN!!! After it was installed in the boat the oil pressure was so high that it kept wanting to blow the oil filter off. Upon investigation it was deemed that the engine was NOT EVEN CLOSE TO REMAN in fact was basically fitted with the wrong main bearings and nothing else was remanufactured. After many Emails and phone calls, Robert admitted that there were issues but REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
Look at the attached photos and make your own decision as to if you believe this is normal from a REMAN engine with 5 minutes run time on it.
People in the office is polite. But to get in or out is a horror movie. Very tight, constructions blocking almost every possible way for a trucks to get here.
You should probably update your website to let the public know that you aren't buying anything. We tried calling and no one would answer the phone so obviously y'all need more employees also. We drove 3 hours one way to drop our stuff off just so y'all could tell us y'all aren't buying anything until tomorrow.
Picking up here looks like aluminum slabs.loaders are quick office personnel is polite. So here's the gist of it when you pull in there's a scale check in pull up on it get weighed in back off pull left so you can swing back around to back into the docks. Once loaded get weighed in again pull off the scale close up tour doors and go get your paperwork. I did it backwards I pulled left turned around backed into the scale pulled off and backed into a spot. it seemed easier that way. Watch the ramp to the scale. looks like a few people have fallen off it.
