If I could leave 0 stars I would! This service is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I was told my tow driver would arrive between 6:20 and 7:20. By 7:20, there was zero communication. I tried contacting the driver — no response. When I finally got through, I was told he was still a full hour away. That’s a complete waste of my time and a blatant disregard for customer service. If you value your time or need a dependable towing service, look elsewhere. This company is disorganized, lacks accountability, and clearly doesn't respect its customers.
Please people don't use this company the lady is very rude. Very poor customer service from them to their drivers. I would never ever recommend them or use them again. Allstate also will know the service these people give. Unprofessional staff is what they have working at this business. Do not use them !!!!!They will arrive late and give you attitude when you call them to let them know how frustrating it is to give you a time frame and show up a whole hour later. They also try to get more money for service they didn't have to perform. Don't let them do the same to you. They will also refuse to take your call by not picking up. Drivers have same attitude as the people in the office.
Do NOT USE! You have been warned. Contacted company at 11:30 AM today for a tow and waited over 4 hours and the tow truck driver never arrived. Dispatch gave me the run around and then refused to take my calls or pick up. You have been warned do not use this company! They are not reliable and will not put you as a priority! Worst service ever.
One of the worst towing companies ever. I called first and she said the truck will be there in 20 to 30 minutes. 40 minutes later I called and she said her system wasn’t working and the driver is in another location. Then I asked if there was another towing truck and she said it had a flat tire. I said it’s almost 2 hours now and she said you can either cancel the call or find another service.
One hour and 45 minutes late. What’s the point of having a tracking system for customers if it’s not accurate? I planned a trip almost 24 hours in advance, I wasted two hours of my time.
SDR Towing is an awesome company!! We are thankful to have used their services several times recently. Each time, they were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They were very helpful and available when we needed them the most!! I highly recommend using this company!! Thank you again SDR Towing!!!
After waiting 40 minutes, the tow never arrived and they hang up on me 3 times. Very rude the lady taking calls. The company is a disaster!!. Do not call in emergencies! Rude and disrespectful as crazy.
We waited over 2 hours for a State Farm arranged tow. After going back and forth with State Farm we decided to call a tow truck ourself. We called quite a few with no success. Then we called SDR Towing and they had a tow truck to our location in 10 minutes. The driver was courteous and professional. Great service! We’ll be keeping their contact info in our phones!
