Hello,
I want to get straight to the point — as someone who works in customer service myself, I was absolutely furious with the level of service I received from one of your employees, Israel.
When he arrived, I answered his call and noticed he was parked in front of one of my employee’s cars. I politely asked if I needed to have my employee move their car out of the way, but he ignored my question. Without saying a word, he snatched my keys out of my hand and began taking pictures of my vehicle.
I immediately told him how inappropriate and unprofessional that was, especially from a customer’s perspective. His response was, “I can just leave if you don’t want it.”
When I asked for my keys back and told him I needed to quickly grab my things from the office to come with him, he gave me a dismissive look, got in his truck, and abandoned the job entirely.
This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I sincerely hope Mo, the manager, is made aware of this incident and takes appropriate action. It’s shocking that someone representing your company would behave this way.
This was such a blessing to get help from them. Jessie, the driver, came to pick up my car. The accident was awful I was exhausted at that time and scared. I was in an empty parking lot. It was turning dark. Jessie called his company and talked about the situation. He said he got permission to stay with me till the uber driver came. With the call with insurance company, finally I was able to leave the parking lot around 9:30. Jessie had waited for me for almost an hour. He helped me to move the stuffs in my car to the Uber. I was so touched by their kindness. It powered me up at that moment. I pray God bless him and his family, bless their company too. Life is beautiful when you shine with kindness. Thank you.
Jesse was responsive and professional. The whole team worked well together providing quick service and frequent communication while I waited for the tow truck.
Had SUV towed on 7/20/25 by Derrick. He had a positive attitude on this extremely hot day which made my frustrating day a little better. Would use this tow company again.

Russell to the Rescue!
Two times during the past two weeks I have needed the help of a tow. I was blessed to have the same tow truck driver Russell got my car in a timely manner. He was polite and professional, and delivered it to the auto shop. Regretfully, we ran into another problem with the same car. This time Russell drove to my daughter‘s job where the car was. She was still working, so he inconvenienced himself by going inside of the restaurant and get the keys for her! How nice was that! I was so happy and I am happy to let everyone know that if you are in trouble and need a tow and need it done, timely and need it done politely and professionally relief net roadside and Russell in particular will not leave you sitting on the side of the road
Jorge did a great job . He came and helped me and started my car in a couple minutes . And told me what I needed to do to further help . Highly Recommend
Relief Net Towing took care of me yesterday. Their driver Derrick was kind, professional, and he handled my vehicle with care. I really appreciate the follow-up call as well shows they actually care about their customers.
Absolutely garbage and unprofessional. Waited for over 3 hours for a tow when the original wait time was supposed to be only an hour. Kept giving me the run around and said the driver got a flat tire and saying a whole bunch of BS like theres no trucks available even though there was already a truck dispatched to me, and that we were waiting in the queue for a truck when we had already been dispatched a truck. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY!!!
Relief Towing provided me with great service. Abraham was the driver and he was very professional,informative and very helpful. Keep in the loop with communication arrived on time and got me situated. Ms.Gloria was also a delight she did a next day follow up to make sure everything went smoothly and if there were any problems or complaints. Excellent service!!!

Everything went very smoothly and fast. Once, I called for help when our tire blew out. Our tow truck driver Derek B. Picked us up within 10-15 minutes after our ride was confirmed. I have never had or heard of anyone else's tow arriving in less than 45 minutes. Derek was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get our truck to a tire shop as quickly as possible. Derek had my grandson and myself wait in the tow truck while he was outside the tow truck on the busy freeway in Lancaster, Texas. Thank you very much, Derek, for doing your best to keep me, and my grandsons lives safe. Tow truck drivers risk getting hurt or worse everyday for complete strangers! Thank you to all that risk there lives, or that do anything to help others.
Submitted a request for roadside assistance on 3/3/2025 at 2:30 am. My battery was dead and had no response when I used my jump box. The driver called me when he was on his way to let me know his ETA. I thought it would need towed, but he had a more powerful jump starter and after a couple of minutes it finally started. Then the driver followed me down the road for a few minutes to make sure it didn’t die again. If I could request this service anytime I broke down, I would.
If I could give negative stars I would! This business is a complete joke and scam. Any good reviews they have were most likely paid for or made by employees. Waited all night in the freezing cold to have my vehicle towed simply for them to never once show up to get it while trying to claim to roadside assistance that they did to make the money off of it While I was still stuck and stranded! They are straight TRASH & a SCAM!
I needed my car towed from my home to a service center so we contacted this place. Corey was sent over he was fast, efficient and courteous. If we ever need a tow again we will contact Corey. Thanks!
This towing service is aweful! Like another reviewer, my insurance arranged the towing. The driver did show up within the quoted time, however he didn't speak a word to me. He simply hooked up my vehicle and drove away. He ended up delivering it to the wrong shop, which delayed my repairs. He also parked it on top of a curb and left the ignition on killing my battery.
