Not a fan at all. The van we purchased had check engine lights right after we purchased it. Not to mention bugs and other unforseen gotchas. I wouldn't buy from them again.
This Car lot is horrible they let my tags go out never replace them and they repo my car after missing one payment they told me I would have to pay the rest of the car off in full to get it !!!! Please save your money and do not go here plus they never replaced my mirror on my car at all they have horrible customer service especially the lady name Joanna that works in front office

If I could review with negative stars I would. This place falsely advertises affordable down payments and in-house financing, however after the 2-hours waiting on their "application" process, we were told down payment amounts exceeding KBB buy prices.

My husband and I went there, no one came out not even once and we weren't the only customers there! When we looked at a couple of trucks and we got bad vibes cauae half the stereos were already ripped out! We got bad vibes from this place so my husband and i quickly got in the truck and left quickly and never looked back!!!!!

Anyways after filling out the app. Which I had brought everything one would need , I didn't feel too confident due to my recent divorce that I'd get approved . Well I guess I didn't due to I Never even received a call back or anything from them.... Service rating is 0, car rating is 3 stars , customer service is the key guys ....work on it ....

You literally get what you pay for‼ I put 1,000 down on a 2014 Ford Fusion Low Miles & Baby Took My Car to get serviced and all and absolutely nothing is wrong with it if so its very minor issues I love my car at the end of the day very reliable and takes me everywhere i need to go and my car alerts me immediately if anything is wrong Thanksssss best decision ive ever made in my life first time paying a car note to $180 every two weeks thats a steal
All the cars are trash they will work on them but it will continue to break down until finally ur left broke and without a vechile... I would never recommend them to anyone!

I pass by here on the bus. I decided to look it up. I see a ton of reviews and not one response from the business. That is very bad business. I will take my business elsewhere and so should anyone else. Too many bad reviews.

These people seem nice at first but they are big fat deceivers and liars. I purchased a vehicle from them and between the phone calls and trips to USA auto sales, they assured me that the tags were mailed. I had to make 3 different trips from Mckinney to Garland just to have them renew the temporary tags, and each time I am told that I should receive the license plates any day. To the finish they never mailed the plates, I had to go and pick them up. And the worst is that they never even offered an apology, not even a " we are sorry". I would not recommend doing business with USA auto sales unless you have a lot of energy and time running after them.

Talking about home of 49 down and saying i got approved for cars that wasn't even worth the price they were beat up no headlights and paint was all faded and wanted me to put 1,500 i wish i would.

AFTER PAYING TAX TITLE AND LICENSE ON A VEHICLE CASH 6 MONTHS AGO I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED A TITLE. I HAVE PROBABLY CALLED 10 -15 TIMES EITHER TO GET NO ANSWER OR TOLD THEY WILL CHECK AND NO CALL BACK MY FRIEND PURCHASED A TRUCK THAT TURNED OUT TO HAVE FRAME DAMAGE FROM THE SAME DEALER THEY STILL HAVE YET TO MAKE MY SITUATION RIGHT. IF NOT BY 5 PM TODAY I WILL REPORT TO STATE OF TEXAS THE DPS THE BBB AND WHO EVER ELSE MAY BE CONCERNED WITH ILLEGAL PRACTICE LIKE THIS.
My employee bought a car from here yesterday, she started driving it to the shop so we could check it out, and the check engine light came on almost 3 min from us and the transmission started skipping. She got it to us and then we saw the light was on for the transmission. When we took it back the next day, they offered to switch it for a different car, and we took it on a test drive straight to the shop, sure enough the light had been erased on that one too. It had a transmission problem too. When we confronted the guy about it he got agitated and said to just come back for money back tomorrow. When asked for a written statement for the money return he refused and said his word should be good enough. Deffenatly be careful when dealing with them, they are very sneaky.
It started out GREAT. How ever it ended. Not so well i got the car SHAWN MADE PROMISES THAT HE NOR THE FINANCE COMPANY HONORED THE SOLD ME A CAR THAT THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ON ME 3 OR 4 TIMES KEEPING THE. CAR A MONTH AT A TIME SHAWN SAID I DIDNT NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PERIOD I DIDNT HAVE MY CAR ONLY FOR THE THE BANK TO REPOSSES MY CAR. OWEING ONLY 2000 MORE DOLLARS ON IT ON TOP OF JUST PUTTING A NEW STARTER IN IT DAYS BE FORE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOT TO MY WORST ENEMY AT THIS POINT
