When someone wants parts from expired trucks, they exploit him with the highest prices and do not give him what he needs. The treatment is very bad, so beware of visiting this shop.

I came into this business because we were referred here by a friend when we drove in the front told us to go to the back so we drove to the back they told us to speak to Besiente so we asked him for help and he said he was busy and then we were told to speak to BART and everyone back there said they didnt know who he was ... never will I recommend this place worst customer service. Wanted to buy a transmission and left with nothing but disappointment

When you call they'll give you the price but when you arrive they ask for higher price . happened to me twice .

They had the part that I needed at a reasonable price. Have lot of Inventory inventor. Only wish they we’re open on the weekends.

No stars for this shop! THEY DO NOT HAVE A 30 DAY WARRANTY! On 3/13/18 I took Bishop the $1200.00 deposit and $5000.00 for the diesel motor. Later that day my mechanic calls to notify that this is not the correct engine to hold off on picking it up from Bishop. Bishop had already cut the engine from the host truck. Today, I go to notify Bishop that the motor will not fit and in fact I am having to find another motor. Bishop did not honor their 30 day warranty and kept $2950.00 of my money!!!!! They are a total fraud!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERFY DOING BUSINESS W/BISHOP!!! I can understand the labor for cutting the engine (which took 2-3 hours) and possibly some bogus restocking fee, although I never picked up.. But to charge half of what was paid is highway robbery!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/BISHOP TRUCK PARTS... KEEP ON TRUCKING RIGHT ON BY THIS ESTABLISHMENT. *** SCAM SHOP***
