Unprofessional. They advertise off road recovery and was advised a tow would be out in about 30 min. But one never showed up and instead of advising me that they couldn't assist me they left my calls go unanswered and ignored. That's bad business. If your in dire need of towing services seek alternative options because this company was a NO Show and ignored every call back.
They have a staff member , Jerry, who is just horrible. He sent an incompetent tower to my apartment to jumpstart my car and once the car was running, he turned off my car. My car obviously didn’t start again. I called Jerry and he told me that I would have to pay again for a second jumpstart. Further, his customer service is horrible, very rude, and very disrespectful. I’m sure the company is fine but as long as you don’t speak to Jerry about whatever problem your car is having, you should be good.
Wayne was extremely accommodating, he went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle got to where it needed to go. If you need a tow, premio towing has the best service
On time very nice and professional. I left my wallets in the car and they were nice enough to wait until I retrieve it to pay them. They didn't ask for payment until after the tow. Most towers want money up front then they don't care how they treat your car. I absolutely recommend these guys.
Wayne, who has 2 business pages cussed me out for asking him for an accurate quote for his towing. He got very upset because he failed to ask questions and proceeded to call me “little girl” and remind me that towing is a favor and not a service. Will be reporting to the BBB since I recorded the conversation.

These guys and this company are outstanding! I needed a towing company very quickly. It was an emergency and they were there in 20 minutes of my phone call. I recommend them to anybody very polite, very professional very courteous. These are the people I’ll be calling from now on when I need towing services and I will definitely recommend them to everybody.

Israel came out and got me during morning rush hour in Dallas which could have been a nightmare. He was very professional, Courteous and got me outta there quick including helping me get to my destination. Texastows will be the only towing company I use from now on & I recommend them highly to anyone looking at these reviews.

I just wanted to let people know even when my phone ended the call they still tried to get back in contact with me and while I did not use them today they still did their best to make sure I was good and safe
Daughter had her license for 2 days and hit a curb on her way to work during an epic rainstorm. Wayne from Premio Towing picked up the car in under 15 minutes and had it delivered to an auto shop. Driving it the next evening after a realignment. They even suggested the shop in north Dallas. Great work, good price, and fast turnaround. Made the whole situation seem easy.
Super nice! Everyone else was 2 hours and he said 25-30 min. Got here super quick, got our Audi up on the truck and got it towed right away. Will suggest for others.
After a hour and a half waiting for the truck he called and said he had a flat . The tire shop couldn't get his tire off so I had to call another company . Cant say I'm happy with the service . I gave 1 star only because I had to . You can't post unless you give at least one .
Called and they had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes on a Friday evening! The driver was very professional and knowledgeable about how to get our car out of a sticky situation.
Broke down on the toll way heading to the airport for a flight. Called them to get a tow for our SUV and they were there with ½ hour. Had them delivery it to our mechanic in the city, then called for a Uber and was still able to make our flight. I gave them 5 stars cause they were quick, respectful and it didn’t alter our travel plans one bit.
