Got nothing but love for these guys!! So glad i found these guys because they are honest mechanics, which is hard to find thses days. I recently went in to get my engine fixed, and not only did they do an excellent job at it, they secretly fixed my shifter, and kickstand that was loose. (At no extra charge!) I'll be coming back definitely, thanks again for everything.

Be careful this shop and the Hispanic Meck, will fix one thing and mess up another and try and charge you if you don't catch them. I have had bolts, removed, bad workmanship, they take no ownership for mistakes done, damage the do unless you catch them. I would stay completely away from this shop. There over pricing lying and charging with receipts. Trust me stop using them.

I had incredibly high hopes for this place, I guess I was thinking this was sort of junk yard for motorcycles, it’s not, if you own a motorcycle older 1990 you might be in luck. I have a 2012 Kawasaki z1000 and that was too new for them, I couldn’t even purchase brakes there. I went for a radiator, mirrors, possible a throttle position sensor none of which I found there. There was a young guy that helped me the best he could, that was about the only help I got. I left empty handed and bummed out. If you looking for a gently used Suzuki, or a Yamaha the do have some nice ones there for sale other than that place was a bust.

These guys were great with their tire service! They picked up and towed our bike, they had it changed quickly, and even threw in a used tire once they saw the inner tube wasn't the only problem. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe bike to drive. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Not a bad place. It's basically a junkyard for motorcycles. They have all kinds of parts piled up throughout the building. I would've given it a better rating if it was more organized but I imagine, if you're looking for a random part for an old bike, it might take you hours or days to find it, but they probably have it!

This is one of the last old school Japanese bike shops left in America. If you want your bike in and out of the shop in a day or two, then this is not your shop. If you want honest mechanics that actually care about the details, then bring your old(er) POS in and let them make it into something that will make you feel like a child again. -Lane 1978 CB750k

The main guy wasn't there. The place has lots of bikes and you can't find anything. The help was horrible although nice. Too many I don't knows. Left with nothing, very disappointing. I've heard great things about "the Guy" so I think he needs to train someone who cares. Good luck, great place.

Great guys. Very very fair prices. If you need a part come and pick it yourselves! Tons of parts! They also offer a towing service!run by a couple of old timers that have over 40 years of bike parts if that says anything. Lol overall a great experience. Only thing I would recommend is to bring a good flashlight. It's pretty dim in the building.

L&L Cycle guys actually know what they are doing. I gave my ZX-6R to 5 star cycles in garland to get rejetted and diagnostic on the bike because it was running erratic and cutting out. 3 months & $1021.56 later my bike was given back to me running far worse than when i gave it to them. L & L to the rescue, within in 1 hour of them having my bike it ran like it was made too. I will NEVER take my bike to any other shop. L & L ROCKS!!!!

The mechanic Aaron is the best mechanic in Dallas, he knows everything there is to know about bikes, they have good prices and just like any shop that does good they have a lot of clients!! Recently they remodeled the shop and it looks way better!! I recommend you to come by and check it out, if they don’t have it they can get it within 1-3 days

You will be without your ride for a while as the shop is always busy. The prices are very good and all the work that they done to my ride is solid. The location can look be sketchy but they do great job...

Went there the other day and if you need some used / salvaged motorcycle parts, THIS PLACE IS GREAT. I needed a 40 year old carburetor and Tommy took me straight to it. He knows where everything is in that place.

Warning! 1. If you get an estimate from 1 guy then get billed by a different guy, the prices may not be the same. This happened to me. When i addressed this, i was given a slight break, but when i returned my 4-wheeler 3 weeks later for the same problem he denied me service because he said i was "argumentative" during our last conversation. I was not argumentative as accused. 2. Take caution walking into this shop, very congested and seems like a fire hazard.

I like this place it's not pretty and it's in,a seedy neighborhood but they get the job done and it would seem they have been doing this for a while so it's not like it a here today and gone tomorrow busines took a little bit longer than I expected but I was cool with that it gave me a chance to go and eat lunch and spend some time with my girl before I was off on my bike I'm sure she appreciated that and so did I

Owner of L&L cycle is a hot head. Came out cursing and assuming the wrong things. Bike had an issue when tire was put on. Owner accused us of lying to him. There is no reason to lie as it was a $20 repair. Do not come here

They have no idea about motorcycles, he tried to tell me that there was no such motorcycle that i ride. It is a Kawasaki gpz1100, the fastest production bike made between 1990 through 1996. He said there was no such bike. I wont go back to this establishment.

Indoor pick and pull kinda place, YOU do the looking for what you need. Loads of late 70's to mid 2000's Japanese motorcycles and parts. Pay in cash, cash is king. I asked about services and was quoted reasonable prices.

Called several days ago to obtain cost of windshield and install for my GL1500. Called today to order it. Immediately told me "too late in the day to order and call back in the morning" Informed them I was willing to give them my number for them to call me. Man said" man I can barely remember my name during the day, call back" When I tried to inform the man I was trying to give him by business he retorted "I dont need it that bad, bye" and abruptly hung up on me. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!

Great service. Great prices. Took my bike to the dealership 3 times and never found the issue with my bike. Then someone told about L&L . Took my bike there and within 3 days problem fixed. Now 5000 miles later Im still running like a champ. I will return to them. I will never go back to the dealership.

I totally agree with Don!! This is my first and last time using these guys! Period! I took my bike here and after waiting 3 weeks - for work that only took them a day and a half to do - I finally got it back. They cleaned and replaced the carbs (I supplied a new set for them), replaced the front seals and put on a new front tire (that I supplied) for $480. The price was reasonable, I guess - I didn't get quotes from anywhere else - but the work and attention to detail was very disappointing. When they replaced the front seals and they didn't put the fairings back on properly, so I had to get them to fix it. They scratched the heck out of my NEW paint removing the gas tank. They told me my gas tank was full of junk, but I had spent 2 days cleaning it myself and it was fine for over a year. They told me the fuel pump was bad, but it's brand new. The choke didn't work anymore and to start the bike, I had to give it full throttle while pressing the start button and the idle adjuster was just hanging out and it wasn't like that before. I also brought them my cover, because the place is very, very dirty and looks like a complete dump. I wanted my bike covered because they leave them outside all day and I just spent 40+ hours doing the body work and painting it. But they didn't cover it until I got onto them about it being covered in dust and dirt and that there was now a crack in the fairing where there wasn't before. When I got the bike back, I didn't get 10 miles down the road when it died and I had to have it towed back to the shop. They told me the new carbs may have bigger jets and all this jib-jab, but they were stock throughout. And if the jets were bigger, they would have or should have told me that before putting on the new carbs. To top it all off, they said, they MIGHT look at it that day. This is my daily driver and I NEED it back NOW, not when they care to take the time to fix something they screwed up. I am very unhappy with their level of professionalism and quality of work and talking to me like I'm inconveniencing them. I know we all can't afford dealership pricing, but you get what you pay for and I learned that i would have rather paid $600 at a dealer than deal with the headache I got from L&L. I do not recommend them at all, if you really care about your bike. Bite the bullet and take it to the dealer or learn how to fix it. They may know a lot about bikes and have reasonable prices, but that doesn't make up for poor service and not standing behind their work and trying to blame everyone and everything else for something they did or didn't do.
