Their service was extremely *FAST.* The tow truck driver, Grady, was kind and helpful. He greeted me, and I immediately felt safe. He towed the car and dropped me off as well. He took time in carefully loading the vehicle, but did so quickly to get me to the center where he dropped off my car. He was a good, conscientious driver. My car was safe with him, and I was safe in his truck. I appreciate the service and the help I received. I will definitely use them again. The next time I am in a bind, Dallas Discount Towing will be the FIRST company I call!
Carlos was an amazing person while we were all stressed trying to get our truck to a safe place. We are not from Dallas, we were visiting from Houston and Carlos was very patient and kind with us understanding the help we need. He even gave my brother advice on how to deal with the problem the vehicle had and even helped him to be able to turn on the vehicle and move it to a parking space. I live in San Antonio,Tx and came for a family member's graduation party. I hit a pothole at 2am and called down a list of sleepy tow truck drivers, until I called Grady. Grady had great personality at 2:30am! Made it to me in 20 minutes like he quoted, made sure my car was up perfectly, maneuvered around those damn potholes like I needed him to because i wanted to already kick that potholes a$$ . I'm from Sherman, and I thought my battery died on my truck. Charlie was sent out and he tried to jump start me. When that didn't work he did a trouble shoot and discovered it was my key fob that was bad. Y'all should be very proud to have such a great worker there. He is very knowledgeable. James Brown was wonderful! I had a major flat tire late one night after I got off from work. I was stuck in a bad part of town. He rushed to get to me and took me to an all night tire shop. He's very much a gentleman and customer-oriented. I felt safe and valued. I pray I don't have that bad situation again, but if I do, I hope to have his service again.
I had a tire blow out, and then the spare blew out a quarter mile later. (Of course it had to be 104 outside.) I called Dallas Discount Towing, and they got a driver out to me right away. The rates were reasonable. The truck driver Billy was awesome. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a towing company.
My experience with this company was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. I was hit when I was coming out of work and it was just my luck that I was across town and was unable to get incontact with anyone. However, after my insurance dispatched a towing company which happens to be this company, the gentleman took great care of me and calmed me down. We had great conversations as he dove to drop my car to caliber collision and I would highly recommend this company for anyone!
James, our tow truck driver, was so helpful and professional. Even the dispatch office when we called they were very helpful. Visiting Dallas had a flat tire on highway 45 N / 30 with no spare (as our car doesn't have that option). James helped drove us to a 24/7 tire shop. Remained with us until we confirmed everything is ok to go ahead with the job needed to be done.

These guys were great. Joe and Will were extremely professional and took great care for the car. Was told it could take up to 2 hrs to get someone to the car...but it only took 20 min for them to show. Maybe a little more pricey but well worth it!!!
Excellent Service! They came quick, the gentleman was extremely cool and nice. Also did a excellent job getting the truck on the flatbed. The really nice thing is that he offered to give us a ride back to our apartment at no charge (it was only a mile away) and agreed to drop off the vehicle at the dealership for us.
