We were traveling east on I10 and got a flat tire passing through road construction. We replaced it with the temp and headed to Ozona. Mike's shop was great, they had the right size tire available and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. Great customer service and a fair price; highly recommend them.
The main time people travel is on the weekends. He supposedly has an after hours service on weekends since he’s closed on weekends, but is not willing to actually service you. He and his wife got frustrated by me asking for just the tire so I can change it then hung up mid-sentence and didn’t return the calls.
We were driving from out of town when our car started shaking on the highway. Turned around and went to Mike's Auto Care, and they found the problem and replaced the tire promptly at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Serious lifesavers! My parents were stranded right outside of Ozona with their rental and a split tire after 6pm. Rental company said they were too far out to do anything, and they called 4 other places but each one turned them down and told them good luck no one in Ozona is open to help you. Enter MAC-Mike’s auto care. My parents are not the most tech savvy but they stayed on the line with them and were so patient while my mom figured out how to send them their location. The other tire places in Ozona were abrupt and immediately told them they couldn’t help if they didn’t know where they were exactly and no one would be willing to help after 6pm. These guys should be the FIRST person you call. My mom was so relieved when they showed up with a new tire and moreover, that they were patient and understanding, and a friendly bunch! Thank you Mike’s auto care!!!
Heading to El Paso on business with my unit manager & a new tire blew out & we called several places. No one returned our call. We even had a spare tire and just needed a jack. Mario came within 20 mini and helped us out. Thank God this place was open because I am not sure what we would have done. This man deserves a raise !!!
Great employee but the owner is a tool… took advantage of travelers with a slow leak. Originally was going to charge $10 but raised it to $25 for using a tool to take off lug nuts. Poor business practices man, the other place would have honored the original price. Do better & be a man of honor.
Noticed my ride was getting pretty rough with a couple hundred miles to go. Pulled over in Sonora, checked and sure enough two front tires were about to blow.

Yo, i was having issues with my tire, then i came across this place and read the reviews. I was little skeptical but it is all true about them being a life saver . In the middle of heavy rainy, these guys came outside and worked on my tire. No hassle no complain just like real pros under the rain got my tire fixed. Best tire shop I’ve ever been to, 5 star service all the way with no doubt .
This shop literally saved the day! We were driving from Houston to California and our tire gave out. Our insurance company wanted to tow our Tesla to Lubbock since we didn't have a spare tire, but these guys came out and provided emergency roadside assistance. Our tech Chris worked hard to change our tire and graciously informed us that our other front tire had a gash in it!
We followed him back to the shop where the team thankfully had another tire and were able to exchange it out for us quickly. I can't begin to praise the excellent customer service this shop provided, and their prices were super reasonable too!
Saved my whole trip with a battery they had in stock and did it after hours as a one time favor for me and my family of 6. Absolutely amazing. I would’ve paid anything but they only charged me $99. Trust worthy! Reliable! Amazing customer service!
I need to pile on the positivity others have noted. Lost a tire on the 10, AAA towed me at night to Mike's. When I showed up the next morning, they'd seen my car and already grabbed a replacement tire. Confirmed I wanted it and I was out of there in 20 with friendly people and good rates. Absolutely recommend.
My friend and I were traveling to Florida taking her home to be with her mom after the death of her husband and we had a flat so we got a spot in an Rv camp site by truck stop at a great rate. Call the service number for Mac/mikes auto care.
These guys were the most polite and customer friendly and quick with service and the rate was fair. I would most definitely recommend these guys to be your first choice for emergency services or anytime you need service they know what customer service means.
in all my years of experiencing flat tires, blow outs or any form of mishaps on the highway, this experience by far has been the best. The absolute BEST! We were traveling from washington to houston and had a blow out in the middle of no where, barely made it to ozona. Mike and mario are GOD sent, we appreciate the fast response. We had a flat coming off i10 (8 hours from home) right at 5:30pm. Another local tire shop wouldn’t even look at it but Mikes stayed open late and got us back on the road very promptly.

my family and i were heading to the lake when my dad felt like the tires on the boat trailer were about to blow out (idk how he knew but thank goodness lol) and we decided to stop in ozona and ask someone to look at them. the people there were all really nice and looked at it for us and it turned out two of the tires were in bad shape. they replaced all the tires for us in less than an hour and we were able to get back on the road. very grateful that they were able to fix our tires and help us get on the road!! :)))
I was quoted a certain price over the phone which was $160 and once my husband got to their shop they tried to get over on us by saying it’ll be $230 for a tire they said was new. The gave us a used tire and took real advantage of our situation. Just because we’re from California and the price of living is higher and I also truly believe it had to do with our race since were African American as well. When my husband questioned them on why the price changed. A few of the employees got up as if they were going to fight him which was super unprofessional and the reason we used them was because of the ratings and how others commended them on professionalism. Which wasn’t the case for us, Yes the service was fast which is why I gave 2 stars. The experience of feeling that I’ve been taken advantage of compared to the locals. I find definitely not cool. Especially since they know folks travel throughout this area. It’s never okay to take advantage of someone’s else’s misfortune. I definitely would not recommend you using this service.
Had a blow-out on a Saturday out on the interstate. Called them up, the tire size that I needed was in stock and they had one of their guys on the road to me before the call was over. Fast, friendly service. I was back up and running in no time.
Mike's employees were very awesome. We had to tires replaced on our Motorola at his shop. We were in and out in about a hour. The owner Mike would not call our roadside assistance to start a claim for us. He said he didn't want to get involved with insurance. All he had to do was call that would have got us a claim started and us a claim number to file. Again his employees where awesome.
I can’t say enough good things about their service. We had blowouts on our two dually tires on our motor home. We called our roadside service company and they arranged for Mac Mikes to come to us. They brought us two new tires and mounted them while we were on the side of the Interstate. We were on our way again in short order. Mario was our tech and he was fabulous. Very concerned and thorough. Thanks for great service.
After travelling 10 straight hours, with 2 to go, I decided to hit a curb and blowout a tire. My vehicle does not produce a spare for it and the tire is hard to find. Well, Mike jumped on it and had the tire. After a minimal wait, Eric showed up and baam. Done!!! The jest is they are super efficient, super nice, and they care! Thanks guys!!!!
Had a flat on the Interstate Saturday evening and changed to my spare. Having shoulder surgery 2 weeks before kinda left me in trouble. Call Mikes service number Sunday morning and he had his guy meet me at his shop and get me back on the road to AZ. Great service thanks again
