100 % stay away from here !! I got my tire repaired because of a nail after three hours. I had to call another roadside service to get it done properly!!
Just had a car accident this morning charged me 250 to get my stuff out and my radar detector was missing guy said it probably flew out but the rad detector was missing with the plug adaptor and everything
Unbelievable positive experience with this place, they got us in right away put a patch inside my tire and out the door in less than 30 minutes. The 16 penny nail I picked up on I-10 didn’t stand a chance!! Very reasonable!!
These guys are the best! My husband was working in TX when he had a wheel crack. These guys were able to find him a wheel get his tire mounted and everything in less than 1 hour. They went above and beyond to try to get my husband back out on the road and we are so thankful! Not to mention their pricing was very very reasonable. If you are out is Ozona and need anything this is the place to go!
Man, Treto's came in clutch. I needed my car towed since last week. Kia had been trying to get SOMEONE, Treto's Delivered. They are amazing on coming out and getting the job done. I appreciate them doing my tow. Omero was super nice and efficient and careful when loading my car.
Got a flat near ozona last night and stayed here at a motel to wait for a tire shop to open, was about to pull into tretos and witnessed a staff member aggressively walk out into the parking lot towards an older looking dog and smack it very hard then reared his leg back and kicked the dog with full force. Absolutely not giving my business to a place like that. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I had to visit this tire shop after experiencing a flat tire on i-10. My car was brought in by a tow truck. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the tire size I needed in stock, but they quickly placed an order and assured me it would arrive the next morning. True to their word, the car was ready by 9:30 AM. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I’m very grateful for their prompt and reliable service!
While driving a U-Haul moving truck and Towing a car one of the inside rear tires exploded After calling roadside assistance, they dispatched Terri’s tire and towing and Carl showed up and took care of it in a very efficient and quick time definetly ten stars!!!!!
While on an incredibly challenging trip moving states in a U-Haul, our car trailer got a flat. We went to Treto's, and they helped us navigate the insurance process with U-Haul, quickly and easily. Had a leak in my tire on my way between Pecos and San Antonio. They immediately took care of the flat tire and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. I will be back again if ever I need them! Friendly and efficient—what could be better?
Big clean shop, friendly people. I had a blowout on I-10, and managed to limp to Tretos late in the day. They had the correct tire and I was back on the road in 30 minutes.
On our way home from our camping trip and two tires blew in our camper. We called Treto’s and they came 40 miles outside of Ozona to get us back on the road. They got us changed out and showed us that a third tire was about to go. Offered to follow us into town to their shop to get us taken care of. We got there and pulled our fifth wheel into a bay and we ended up with 4 news tires and had our other one mounted for a second spare. Fantastic service and the price was very reasonable considering all that we got out of it. We live over 4 hours away but will definitely recommend them to other friends and RVers we know.
My son had a motorcycle accident while we were out of town. We are locals. This is our first interaction with this business and it will be the last. Immediately tried to get the bike back since it’s Friday and I don’t want to pay more storage fees. Had to find a notary and get a release for it and jump through many other hoops just to be told we can’t pay over the phone! What business in this age, dealing with as many travelers on the interstate as they do, won’t take payment over the phone? This is why these businesses have a bad reputation all around, cause they will try everything they can to steal your vehicle from you.
If your on the side of the road, calling these guys is the move. They had what we needed and I got back on the roady within an hour. They even did the roadside work.
Absolutely amazing and quick service! I just had a flat tire on my work truck and came in to check if they could fix it and they were done in barely 10 minutes and the desk ladies were so nice as was the mechanics who spoke to me to clarify the tire and for when it was done. Will definitely continue to use them while I am in town for work!
Just wanted to say that this place is one of the most honest repair places I've ever been to I was told by another tire repair shop that I needed all my tires replaced and they only had 2 so I came here and I was told that they would be taking my money if they replaced my 2. Tires. Anyway, long story short, they are extremely honest and they made my day by saving me a whole lot of money that I thought I would have to spend. I'm driving across country and couldn't tell whether I actually needed new tires so they could have told me anything anyway, give them the business if you're ever nearby!
Had a blowout on my RV 500 miles from home and 50 miles West of the next town - Ozona. I found Treto’s shop online and was planning to have my RV towed to him. I called to verify he had the tires I needed and he said we will come directly to you and replace your tires where the rv is sitting (on the side of the Interstate) instead of using a tow tuck. An hour later his guys showed up and like a NASCAR pit crew I had two brand new tires installed quickly and right there on the side of the road. His shop is setup to deal with situations like this and he delivered. I highly recommend this shop for the simple reason of them being able to quickly resolve a situation that was a mess. Thank you!!
Had a trailer issue a couple miles out of town, called up Treto’s and was able to limp back to their shop. They got us all fixed up with a new bearing and hub as well as checked the three other bearings and greased them. Fantastic people doing wonderful honest business. Couldn’t have been any luckier to have had trailer issues so close to such a great shop. Thank you so much to the crew at Treto’s
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We shredded an RV tire just 4 miles west of Ozona on our anniversary and it left us stranded on the side of the highway. Treto’s Tire & Towing came up on a roadside assistance search. They arrived really quickly, within 15 minutes! They removed the shredded tire (which was a full size spare) and took it, along with our first flat tire from the trip, to their shop, mounted new tires on both rims, came back about 30 mins later and replaced it. We followed them back to the shop and settled our bill and we were on the road again. These guys are so fast and such a relief on the anniversary road trip that just kept trying to strand us!

Great staff, and super friendly tow company. I had to get my sprinter towed all the way to Georgetown Texas after the transmission went out. Our sprinter is a pain because it’s 25ft long and a 2wd on air suspension so they towed it to their shop to fit it on a more appropriate setup, and then towed us the four hours to Georgetown. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I break down near ozona they’d be the only one I’d call
Use these guys any chance you get - great service!! I was in Ozona visiting family from out of state. My 17 year old broke down on the Interstate and I was an hour and a half away. They went and took care of him and our Explorer right away. Such piece of mind. Then towed it to San Angelo two days later for the needed repairs. Driving from Houston to Tucson, our car dolly got a flat. We were stranded in Sonora,TX. They rushed out from Ozona just before closing and we were back on the road in 45 minutes.
