My family had a terrible wreck near Columbus and Bob was incredibly kind and helpful. We lost our dog in the crash and he helped us look for her for over an hour. We found her thanks to him and the community nearby. Amazing to see such kindness from strangers.
Broke down near by and called Bob's, they had us off the road quickly and took us to Orileys, the dealership and a local shop! He was very accommodating and affordable for all the driving around we made him do.
We had called several towing services before calling Bobs and waited over 5 hours being cancelled twice. I called Bobs towing and they were so nice and compassionate he gave me advice and had my nephew picked up within 15 minutes. Thank you so much for your professionalism and great service!!!
My tire blew out at 2 AM due to a piece of metal being in the road. I was an hour away from home. I called the sheriffs office and they gave me this number to call. I called multiple times and no one answered. I called the sheriffs office back and asked them to call him and lo and behold he called me back after and hour and a half. He said he was on the way and never came. A young man who totaled his car due to the piece of metal in the road ended up assisting me with putting my spare on!!! He just totaled his car and helped me instead of a grown man whose job it is to do it. There was also another tow truck driver who was assisting the young man with his totaled car who helped as well. He spoke with the man from this company as well and he told us that he said he was not coming because “he doesn’t need it and he will only do a tow but he’s not assisting with a tire change”. So the sheriffs office called you to assist, you said you were coming and then didn’t and left a girl stranded on the side of a highway in the middle of nowhere at 2 AM because you “don’t need it” i HIGHLY doubt that’s true. I will be calling the sheriffs office to make a complaint as well so he is not used as a reference anymore. That was a dangerous situation.
This place literally save me today after my tire blew on I10 while I was on my way home today. I was given their number from the operator at 911, and I'm so thankful! Within the hour they had me out of the ditch, picked up, and towed back to their shop where the driver put air in my spare and changed my tire for me. I was still in shock and he held pleasant conversation with me and reassured me that everything was alright on the ride back to his shop. Thank you guys again for helping me! I was able to make it back home in one piece thanks to y'all!
I just want to take a minute to say how great this company is. I broke down 3am on my motorcycle, and Bob’s Towing went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. The driver went and brought me fuel. He also went and bought some tools to help me get the bike jumped after the battery died. They went above and beyond to help me back on the road! I highly recommend calling them for any type of roadside assistance!
Really rude people, I called today to ask for the service and the guy that answer was really rude and told me I don’t know if you want to pay for it and I asked him how much will be and he said 250.00 and I said yes is fine and he didn’t say anything and he just hang off on me, why do u have a business if u don’t care to give service to the one in need, make no sense. God bless your heart, and maybe get soft
This is hands down the best towing service I have used. They rescued and delivered a company vehicle all the way to north Houston; while also providing secure storage for our equipment. We will be using them for any local and long distance towing.

Bob's Towing once again proves that small town kindness is alive and well. My work van would not change gears. I was stuck in Schulenburg and needed to get to La Grange. I called Bob's Towing and he quoted me a price. He took it the extra mile by telling me how I could do it myself if I was able. Thankfully, I was able to figure it out and make it back to La Grange. If you are looking for an honest and helpful service I cannot recommend Bob's Towing enough.
My father was in a near fatal car wreck on 1-10..He actually died and EMT revived him with Gods miracle power. Bob secured the truck; none of his property was missing, but all accounted for. Bank cards. 2 wallets, cash and checkbooks. Also high end tools. Everything there nothing stolen out the vehicle. Integral and honest. Some Tow companies take. This past January (2019) I got my tractor stuck out in the pasture due to all the rain we've been having. Well, not only did Bob's towing get my tractor unstuck, I was also able to find out that I can get practically the same brand of truck tire I buy from the wheeler dealers alot cheaper from Bob's Towing. Yes, they do alot more than towing - they sell damn good tires and they take delivery about twice a week so if it's not in stock, they can get the tire you want very quickly. These guys are great!
Bob's towed my daughter's jeep after the ball joint snapped and she rolled 2 hours away from home. She only suffered a broken wrist so she didn't need an ambulance. The tow truck driver towed her into Weimer and stayed with her until I made it there!! I can't thank these guys enough!!!!
