my payment was made and trash was left. I live in a rural area and now the dogs will be after the large amount passed by. I will definitely be leaving a negative review. the system should have been updated and they should not have just passed by my trash barrel. a $35 charge for them to return when that is not my fault is ridiculous!
I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. For 10 years, I have watched the local community come and bring their trailers to this dump, pass through the weigh station, turn around, unload, drive out, turn around, drive back in, park, pay and leave. It used to amuse me, how an obvious idiot designed the layout to be as slow and inefficient as possible. But now I‘m pissed. Rather than fix their wretched and inefficient infrastructure, they are now penalizing their customers. Dump trailers only folks. If you want to unload your trash from your trailer, you have to throw up into another trailer rather than off the back and down the hole. Obviously, people were slowing things down unloading. How about fixing your lousy runaround first?
I called to set up service and the lady I spoke to was not professional. She told me it would take 7-10 days to deliver the trash can and that service would star the in the 1st . I asked why would service start before the can was delivered she couldn’t answer. I called 10 days later and inquired about when I should be expecting the can and I was informed by one person I should get it tomorrow. I called back the next day and this person told me that it was delivered on the 1st and they already started the trash pickup the 5th yet I don’t have the can apparently delivered to the wrong address. They lady wanted to argue with me that it was delivered and maybe at the neighbors even sent a picture of where it was delivered and I confirmed it was the wrong house .I canceled the service if they can not set up an account and deliver properly they won’t have my business.
Moved houses and cancelled bit they didnt cancel so I was charged for three more months. On top of that I told them not to start my new address but they did anyway and charhed me 6 months when I only been living there for 4. I called and they said they would review call logs. 1 month later I called them again because I heard nothing so they had to rereview the logs and said they call when it was handled. 2 months later I call and finalky they told me it was cleared and there was an error. Everyone i spoke to waa very nice except one person. But i suggest no autopayments with these peiple and keep and eye on your bills to make aure its all correct. Otherwise great service.
Well I’m back a year later having the exact same issue. Moved again and they didn’t cancel the service. They refuse to clear the charge because the still “serviced” The address even though there’s no trash and they drive down the road anyway.
It’s my local call disposal center nice people I’ve been there for almost 3 years every time when I take my trailer full of trash that’s my place to unload
I thought they guys were fantastic! First time I went there. They explained everything to me and were extremely patient while I backed a short tongue trailer into the off loading bay. Then they help me jettison all the stuff into the bay.
I will definitely use this service again when the time comes.
Rules for trash pickup are outrageous for the cost you pay. And their flexibility is non-existent. If there is someone else servicing your area, choose the other trash company. These guys only survive because they hold monopolies in many areas.
If I could put zero stars I would this place is an absolute joke and very unprofessional I have been waiting on a dumpster since last Thursday and now they don't have them in stock and they have been giving us a runaround for 3days it's ridiculous suppose to bring something temporary and still nothing Tuesday we call suppose to have it at 730 now it's 3pm Thursday and still nothing no2 they wont call back or return calls!!
Don't call them, they are completely rude and try to say oh that's your address, not that one, get good customer's service people before trying to have a business.
We've been here over 10 times. We have an 8X5 foot trailer we've brought filled with trash every trip. The people here are extremely polite and helpful. I have trouble backing up my car pulling the trailer so they back it up for me. They unload everything for me, but i always help out. I think there's a minimum charge of $30, so don't come here if you only have a few bags of trash.
These people are losers. Waited 48 minutes for service. Then they charged me $34 for the back of my pick up half full with vinyl siding. Competely ridiculous. Never go here.
