Charles B was absolutely fantastic, all previous reviews on him are truthful! My battery was kaput and he went above and beyond to help me get the replacement. When there was a slight issue with parts he made sure he went out of his way to correct it, he told me he wanted my car safe. He cleaned out all the corrosion and replaced my battery. I will absolutely return to Anna Autozone because of Charles friendly and kind customer service. We need more people like Charles!!

I had a fantastic experience with my service at this location. The manager, Charles B. eloquently explained the issues our vehicle had and worked with us to remedy the issue so that we could get back on the road quickly and with no worries. He answered all of our questions competently, patiently, and with the utmost care to ensure that we understood what our options were and how the car generally runs. He exhausted all of the options for a diagnostics and made sure that we left informed, satisfied, and better-off. I'm coming back tomorrow so he can help me better understand the condition of my other car. Genuinely kind gentleman. Thanks to him, I'll be returning to AutoZone whenever I have any concerns.

When the battery on my Mini Cooper died nearly 50 miles from my checkpoint, he provided clear, in-depth guidance on the replacement process. Once I got it changed, he even encouraged me to bring the car in for a follow-up consultation. In a time when great service and simple kindness are rare, Charles went above and beyond. Charles at Auto Zone Parts in Anna went above and beyond in helping me. My son’s car needed to replace a headlight. He helped me find the part and helped me install it. I not car parts savy, so his help was crucial for me to get my son’s car inspected. I highly recommend this business. I will be a lifetime customer.
Mistakes are made and I can say it was on both ends but I want to thank the mangers for making this right my a/c is working great and everything was fixed within a hour thank you so much!!!
Had a wonderful experience at the Anna location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Needed a battery ASAP due to an important engagement tomorrow. JB walked me through each option of batteries for my suv and replaced my battery for me. JB even showed me how a battery is replaced! Great customer service!

We normally go to an AutoZone closer, but have had some bad experiences. We went to this location to find a different part and holy smokes! We will never go anywhere else. Brandon spent so much time helping us find a specialty part that had us going to 3 different stores. That man deserves a raise. Extremely helpful. Ask for him

Called today to ask about a new battery for my suburban. They had one in stock AND said they would install it! They rolled it out to the curb and I was ready to go in about 20 mins. They also checked my alternator to make sure everything was in order. They were cheerful and accommodating and the installation was done at no charge! I am grateful for their service! Definitely recommend!

Had a check engine light that came on.. quickly pulled in and the guys were more than happy to assist me with finding out what the issue was. They also printed me out info regarding the issue and the part I would need to replace. These guys are always willing to help everytime I've been there.
I want to share my experience that I had with Robby an Jayson these two gentlemen are so friendly an beyond helpful my left blinker went out an it was a bit of more work in taken the bulb out an they took apart my part of the light because of how it’s located on my car the bumper had to come out a bit. They hooked the new bulb an everything explained everything in the process I much say these two are the best an I will continue to go back them an highly recommend them!!!

Had to pick up a battery on a rainy morning on our kiddo's first day of school. Already in my dress clothes for work, Jayson quickly removed our old battery and installed the new one so I didn't have to do it.
