Zero starts . I brought a battery to charge and i came back after some hrs and no one put it to charge one asking another about it and nothing unacceptable these people cant even do there job right

We had an amazing experience with all the gentlemen working on 10/4/25. They were patient with us and even explained the installation while doing so, so that we may learn for the future. Even though it was a busy Saturday, they took the time to help without us feeling like it was a rush to get us out of the store. 10/10 recommend!!

My wife and I ended up with a flat and discovered no tools were provided with our vehicle. We came here and purchased a jack and the Assistant Manager JD was kind enough to let us change the tire in the parking lot. While changing the flat, the tendon in my bicep snapped and I lost all mobility in my arm. JD came outside and fixed the tire for us in the Texas heat and wanted nothing in return. You cannot put into words how much this meant to us. Thank you JD.

Nice to interact with older, more experienced parts specialists! I had been staying away from O'Reilly's in Anna due to indifference and unhelpful younger staff I had dealt with in the past.

Stacy at the Anna location was the best help I’ve ever had. I have a bolt missing that holds on a pulley. I had no idea that my entire engine was at risk from this. He took the time to explain everything in great detail. He really went above and beyond. Saved me a ton of trouble and headache. Very thankful to Stacy and O’Reillys Anna.

Ask for Joe Arriola at O’Reilly‘s Auto Parts store in Anna, TX. He’s awesome! He was genuinely great to work with from the time my wife spoke with him on the phone through my entire store experience. My wife and I were having problems with our truck not starting and the battery was the issue. Joe helped us understand the problem, run diagnostics, and get us fit for a new battery. He explained everything and was extremely patient. Joe’s great, I would request him if you want quality customer service. Thanks Joe!

I am very very disappointed with what I thought was the last of the good auto parts stores…. I refuse to go to Advance Auto unless you really need fuzzy dice and air fresheners. I bought a starter for my 2006 Dodge 2500 With a 5.9 Cummins. Removed old starter installed new one and started truck 3 TIMES!!!! THREE FLIPPING TIMES. Went to start to go to work CLICK! Nothing Zero nothing a faint click….. removed installed OLD STARTER BECAUE ITS ALL I HAD It just requires a tap once in awhile. There’s a sticker on it that says remanufactured in MEXICO. I even remarked …Hmmmm at least it’s not China! May I need to start going to Auto Zone?

Well when you talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. These guys were absolutely amazing and Danielle and Johnny and everyone in the store were so helpful both guys literally got under my truck to make sure I had the right fitting parts. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn’t help at all when asked and completely ignored us. Went across the street to autozone and the man there helped with everything. We will never return to O’rielys in Anna after today.

Very grumpy employee inside. Longbeard is always pissed Everytime a customer walks in. I'm sorry a customer came in to disrupt your peace and tranquility, but this is how the business works. It profits by selling to customers. So you're gonna have to deal with customers during your shift. Sorry, life sucks, it's hard to be an adult.

Went to have my rotors resurfaced and was told the discard measurement is at 126.5 and my rotor was at 126.8! They told me they were too low and they couldn't do it. How is that possible when you only take .003 of an inch off per pass!! 🙄 They need to teach their employees simple math.

I called in to see if my battery was under warranty, spoke to Duncan and he stated that as long as the battery ran bad that they could replace its I said thank you and got no response from Duncan he hung up. Terrible customer service on his part. I then drove up to have them take the battery out to test it. Duncan was the same person I spoke to on the phone stated that he couldn’t take the battery out of my vehicle. I spoke with Jason at auto zone last time and he was very helpful. The customer service I received today was terrible. Duncan had a very bad attitude and has very bad work ethic. I am very disappointed in this store after my visit.

Jose and the other gentlemen in training were A+MAZING!! You guys need a bump in pay! They put a headlight in for me that AutoZone said they weren’t able to do. Well, AutoZone first sold me the wrong headlight then these amazing specimens of awesome mechanics called them on it and sold me the correct ones AND EVEN INSTALLED IT FOR ME! 5 GOLD STARS FOR YOU GUYS! If anyone is in the area needing car stuff GO TO THESE GUYS! Thank you O’Reillys!!

Yet again O'Reilly has lived up to the reputation. They had the correct part in stock that I needed to fix my mom's van. The employees are always friendly. Use caution when exiting the parking lot! Update: I was telling my mom how dangerous that intersection is and then I read later that day about the unfortunate accident involving an employee of this business. That explains why there was longer wait time because they were shorthanded. Please drive safe everybody!

With Covid and folks moving north to get out of the rat race folks at this location have not skipped a beat... How may I serve you? How can I help, is it here??? Very energetic, very prompt, very professional. Not everyone will know everything, but they ask each other, they are a team. No matter morning day or evening, they seem to be on the same page. The biggest thing is they are very happy to help first responders and military. Keep it up Anna, don’t change who we are!!!

So went to Oriellys to get my battery checked this Sunday and the assistant manager didn't have time for me made me wait while he checked on other customer that checked in behind me. So I went to AutoZone and bought a new battery and wiper blades. Now I work at a shop that spends thousands of dollars a week with them. So who ever is in charge at this store needs to talk to the assistant manager about customer service and that every battery check is a potential sale.

Being an oreilly's it's a little pricey but everyone there has been very friendly and as helpful as possible. It's not a professional garage obviously, but a few people there are pretty knowledgeable. It's a good place to find parts in a pinch, and the tool rental has helped me out more than a couple of times
