This company came and got me and my family off the side of the road in a new place to us ..we were passing through when my tahoe transmission messes up..they not only showed up fast but provided a ride to hotel of our choice..and blessed us in others ways as well...I definitely recommend to anyone in need..posted by a blessed mom from southeast texas

Dustin was the one to pick us up. He drove us all the way from Childress to Dallas in a very timely manner. He is extremely friendly to me, my wife, and our dog. He was even understanding when we asked him to stop for a minute so we could take our dog outside. He isa prime showing of professional, timely, kind, and hard working. If I could give a higher rating I would. Can not recommend this company enough

Great service. Didn’t have a tire iron to change it myself. I think using these guys made it faster to change than I could’ve done it myself. That’s also including the time it took for them to get there! Great company!

I would recommend this company to anyone. We called them, we were in a bind. They sent someone out right away. When they got there the man they sent knew what he was doing and had everything shifted in a matter of minutes. They were more than fair with their pricing and their driver didn't leave until he made sure everything was ok. They have been added to my go to list for anytime I have a truck in their area and need something.

Great group of guys willing to help out. I did not need their services, as I was there on unrelated business, yet I could tell immediately that behind this operation was a group of people with unmatched character and integrity.

Due to a GPS fail, we found ourselves truck and trailer stuck in sand on a county road unfamiliar to us. Other tow companies refused to come out, but K3 asked for photos, assessed, and sent out the proper equipment. Philip was incredibly kind and had us out faster than expected. To say we are grateful is an understatement. From our military family moving across the country, thank so much for your assistance!!!

Would not recommend this towing company to my worst enemy. Called at 830 am for a tow from Childress Tx bavk to Dallas Tx and was told it would be 30 mins when we first called. After the second call to verify all the info we were told 3 to 4 hours. We kept the tow and waited the 4 hours and no one showed up. We called to see what the eta was and they told us it would be another 2 hours. After 2 hours we called again and were again told it would be 2 more hours. Needless to say it took them 9 hours to show up and the driver had bo clue what he was doing. Had to have someone else come help him hook our truck up to his wrecker which was have engine problems and leaking coolant everywhere while he was hooking up. After he got us all hooked up and coolant added to his truck we then had to wait for him to fuel his truck cause he "forgot" to fuel his truck. The driver was not friendly and the whole 4 hours trip back was awful and very odd. He hit road barriers making turns and I'm pretty sure he was dozing off a few times. He had no clue where he was going and I quote he said he was just going to drive wherever we told him to go. When we got to our destination the price we were given was now over a hundred dollars more now and he wasn't going to accept the original price quoted. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR TOWING EVER!!!!!

These are some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in a Truck Shop in my life, Being broke down away from home is never good but these people made it not so bad, good natured, friendly, helpful, and just uplifting attitude about everything was comforting and welcoming, this K3 towing shop is in Childress Texas, I found out they have a lot of places up here in North Texas in the panhandle and that’s always good to know, I recommend them to anybody that needs mechanical work or anything involving trucking, Not often people can take a bad situation and make it a pleasant situation but these people nailed it from in the office to out in the shop, they are an amazing group and I thoroughly recommend them.

We needed help moving a truck late at night and K3 sent someone out within minutes. They were extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. Thank you so much!

Justin is the man! my 4x4 actuator went out while having some fun and he came out to pull me out of the mud. Recovered, with enough time to go clean her up and get ready for dinner! Highly recommend!

Our truck d-rated & we could only go about 5 mph. We were still about 2 1/2 hours from Amarillo. My husband called them, & in a matter of minutes, they were Johnny On The Spot!!! The driver was really nice & professional. Got us to the shop in Amarillo & I Would Definitely Give them MORE than 5 stars (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) if I could!!! Had an accident in the middle of nowhere and they towed my vehicle and were extremely friendly when I went to get it out. They were very busy but were still willing to help me load my vehicle on my trailer and give advise on securing it. Definitely the people to call in the Amarillo to Vernon area.

Had a flat tire and couldn't get the lug nuts off. They stopped by, took my tire off, took me to get new lug nuts and put my spare tire on and I didn't even call them for help. They prevented me from being stuck here for two days due to the next day being a holiday. 12/10 service.

Not only did he get us off the highway safely, he took us to a hotel and waited outside to make sure they had an available room and also got our truck to the shop first thing the next morning. Got me out of the bushes when my rig went in them

I had an extremely bad situation. Blow out causing need for tow service, late evening when most businesses were closed, and didn't have a clue about the area. Justin Bishop could have easily taken advantage of the situation. He towed me to town, got me set up with a motel, came back the following morning to pick me up. He delivered me and my pickup to a great tire place. The price was right and his recommendations were great. If you need a tow in the Childress, TX, you really need K3 Towing and Recovery.
