Swindlers at their finest and refuse to make things right. We had one bad tire on the road and they insisted we replace both when we didn’t need to and we told them we didn’t and they demanded it. They also told us that the only thing that would’ve caused the issue with the existing tire was the quality and the tire was from another shop and was only a few weeks old and barely been driven on.
They were communicating with that tire shop and when they diagnosed the tire when we were in the shop, they told us one thing and then behind our back lied to the other shop. These guys are liars they will steal your money from you and you should avoid them at all cost.
Retires one week and next week checked on them. No one knows anything about it. I want a game at three because they were nice when I had my tires put on my trailer.
We a flat on our small RV coming back home from Crystal Beach on Sunday. They were actually open on Sunday unlike others in town, answered the phone right away, and got us in and out in under 20min at a very reasonable cost. Great experience all around, hopefully we won’t need you again but we’ll always recommend you to others!
Had a blowout on i10 on my motorhome they were already closed but answered the phone. They told me to go they would wait for me and I was able to get 2 tires put on for a fair price. They did everything pretty quick. Highly recommend them.
After a crappy 3.5 hour waiting for AAA to show up and change my tire, and they never did, I I arranged my own tow in 30 minutes. The tow truck driver told me to go to this tire shop! What a great experience that was. They took me right away, offered me new or used and installed a good used tire in 14 minutes I was back on the road for $50!!! Thank you , thank you!
Great shop to bring your tire needs too. We had 2 blow outs on the interstate in the middle of the night and a very long morning. We pulled in the next day and they teamed up and jumped right on it immediately and had all 4 tires replaced and back on in less than 30 minutes from when we pulled in. Great manager and staff. We highly recommend.
I can’t say enough about this business in Winnie, Texas. This tire shop went above and beyond the call of duty for my daughter and I.  We were driving to the Houston airport this morning when I hit a pothole and one of my run-flat tires blew out. Knowing that these tires are special ordered and the closest city to get one would be Beaumont…..I was in panic mode because my daughter could not miss her international flight. This business not only allowed me to leave my car there while one of their employees drove to Beaumont to get me a new tire…..they also drove my daughter and I to Bush International Airport so she could catch her flight. Some of the nicest people including the owner and his wife and the employees. I can’t say enough on how much we appreciated everything they did for us today.  There are still kind people in this world. Support small businesses. 😊
Dropped vehicle off, agreed on price, hour later went to get vehicle, price changed to more expensive. Cash only, so required another trip to ATM, only to notice they mounted one of the tires backwards... Literally had to haggle to get them to swap it correctly.
They are a life saver. They have very good customer service . I was traveling alone to another state and had tire problem and they took good care of me. Thank you guys sooo much.
Just needed some air in my moms vehicles tires because of the weather change they did not charge anything but I gave them a tip. They were fast and very courteous.
They were awesome! It was pouring down rain 30 mins to close and I had a screw in my tire. They were nice enough to reopen the shop and patch my tire. Was in and out in 30 minutes.
These young gentlemen they were very quick.They had a tire for the BMW when we called. It was 15 miles away & with the Grace of God,we made it safely there . It only took him not even 15 minutes and we were back on the road. I refer this tire shop to anyone that's on the hwy 610 headed to Beaumont. And they speak English and Spanish
We were 150 miles from home and needed a new rear tire. They took care of us on a Saturday afternoon! Not only did they get us on the road again, but also had great customer service. Thank you all so much!
The owner Frank is the best. He goes above and beyond to help. I woke up to a flat and didn't have a jack. He came to my location and took my tire to his shop and came back and put it on my car no extra charge. Love his service so much I drove all the way back there from Houston and bought 2 more tire's and he gave me 2 extra tires no extra charge... Thank Frank.. I will DEFINITELY keep my business with you.
Excellent service!!!! I was taken care of when my trailer blew a tire on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon. I had a trailer full of expensive items. I didn't know what I was going to do when a man pulled up in a shiny red corvette and directed me to FJ's tire shop, where he promptly put a tire back on my wheel. The tire that should have been on there in the first place! I had the wrong tire. I was back on the road in no time! Those guys know what they're doing. I gave 5 stars but they deserve 100. These guys were awesome! I just bought a set of used tires yesterday from my local shop, came to Winnie for a vet visit when I picked up a nail in my sidewall. Thankfully these guys were able to put another tire on my car for an extremely reasonable price. Even let me borrow some tape to fix my windshield's moulding lol. We had a tire issue on Bolivar and needed to get a replacement. My husband was in and out (told the guys the problem, replaced tire, paid, and all) in about 10 minutes. I’ve never heard of such great and FAST service from an auto shop. Thank you!! We’re able to enjoy our full day at the beach now thanks to you guys!
Fransisco helped my family out big time! We were traveling from Houston to New Orleans when our brakes quit working due to a fluid leak. On a Sunday, Fransisco helped us get a mechanic and repaired our vehicle within hours. He and his team were I credibly friendly and overly helpful. We really appreciate everything that they did even though his shop was closed on Sunday! Highly recommend!
Nice people, but tried to give me a dry rotted tire. Loaded it in my vehicle and and stood there while I shut the trunk. When I opened it and looked at the tired it was worse than the one they took off. When I confronted them they told me I would need to pay 60 instead of the 40 they originally charged. VERY DISHONEST!!
So I left my tire and ran to ATM to get the 20, came back they loaded my tire and low and behold.... All my weights are off. Buyers, please beware.
This place was awesome. Had a blowout on I-10 and FJ came to the rescue. We were in, out, and back on the highway in under 15 minutes with a brand new tire.
Great place for tires! Do you need air in your tire before you get on the road? Come here. Flat tire? They'll fix it for you and will order tires if not in stock. They also repair tires. They don't, however, have the equipment to perform an alignment on your vehicle. Besides that, they are a wonderful local business that you should check out!
I have used them many times from a flat tire to having all 4 tires put on at a reasonable price. Owner and employees are nice and so is owner. Many friends have used them and they are grateful for the great prices good work and helpful hints.
